good time record app

Pros

The ease of use it offers and the option to view all recorded time is something I love the most about this software.

Cons

The presence of a location tracker is a nice feature, but its accuracy is not always reliable.

The app's design is stunning, and it's incredibly user-friendly, unlike other apps that overload with unnecessary functionalities for small or mid-sized businesses.

Huge time saver!

Pros

Our team loves how easy it is to track time on the go directly from our mobile devices.

Cons

We dislike the fact that when an employee is removed, all their time sheets are also deleted.

Buyer beware Atto is not worth the money

Pros

Unfortunately, the product didn't live up to its description, and the support was non-existent. We switched to T Sheets, which saved us money.

Cons

There is no option to call for support, and it takes days to receive an email response. Unfortunately, there have been no improvements, and the real-time tracking feature works sporadically.

Horrible Customer Service

Pros

The setup and time entry process are simple and user-friendly.

Cons

The app frequently freezes on Android and Apple phones. The lack of verbal customer service and slow response time are concerning. The system has many glitches. Excel time sheets do not match PDF time sheets at the end of the week, and PDF time sheets do not include location or notes. Additionally, the system fails to log or store employees' email addresses.
