“Bluescapes Group Functionality
Pros
Our group benefitted greatly from consolidating all our documents into one workspace. It streamlined citation and project creation, with document sharing and downloads proving invaluable.
Cons
While the software can slow down when many users are sharing documents simultaneously, overall, I have not encountered any major issues. Enhancing collaborative tools would be a significant improvement.

“Great collaboration tool
Pros
The canvas allows us to create a collaboration area that suits our team and project perfectly. There are hardly any limitations, which makes updates and collaboration a breeze.
Cons
The pen tool is a bit tricky; it would be better if I could draw directly onto images rather than choosing between the canvas and the picture.

“Bluescape is essential for remote collabaoration
Pros
I appreciate how this platform enables us to collaborate seamlessly as designers, even when we're physically apart.
Cons
Sometimes, I find the tools like pens or erasers a bit clunky and hard to locate, but I have noticed they have become more user-friendly over the past couple of years, so I am hopeful they'll continue improving.

“Bluescape
Pros
Having a visual of all content in one place is incredibly helpful.
Cons
While I am aware it likely supports video conferencing, our team typically sticks to another platform and opts for screen sharing instead, necessitating a seamless integration solution for both in-person and virtual participants.

“Educational Setting
Pros
Sharing course content visually and collaboratively is made easy with Bluescape. It's a fantastic tool for team collaboration and note-taking.
Cons
Most of my major critiques have been addressed in updates this past year -- e.g., the ability to pin all assets.

“A Multifunctional Collaborative Whiteboard
Pros
The multi-user functionality of this software is its standout feature. It is like having a digital whiteboard where my entire class or team can share ideas seamlessly.
Cons
While I did not find any significant issues with the software, I think that, in general, there are a few bugs and glitches here and there that are yet to be ironed out.

“Janky
Pros
Seeing everything all at once, collaborating live with others, and leaving comments on their work is such a nice experience.
Cons
Every time I use it, my computer freezes. If I click wrong while writing, all of my text disappears. The navigation menu is confusing, and to go to a single bluescape board, it opens like three tabs.

“A lot of potential, still missing important features and still too buggy.
Pros
The potential for collaborative, visually clear virtual workspaces is immensely useful in my field and teaching. Instant access to organized images enhances productivity.
Cons
Several issues persist, such as the inability to annotate in 'PRESENT' mode, limited viewing capabilities for students with 'viewer' access, occasional glitches during meetings, and the lack of a 'redo' option. Some students also face login issues despite using correct credentials.
