“Changed our communication as an organization
Pros
It is a dream for visual thinkers like myself - the platform can accommodate vast amounts of content, and its navigation and communication features are top-notch.
Cons
New features for Excel do not seem to function correctly, and the audio quality during video conferences is subpar. As a result, we have opted to use Teams instead.

“Making Collaboration Intuitive and Fluid
Pros
As a "super user" within our organization, I find Bluescape incredibly approachable. It's straightforward enough to get even our customers comfortable with using it.
Cons
I do not like the way PDF documents render when not selected or activated. They often appear blurry and aliased, making them difficult to reference without taking snapshots of every section I'm talking about.

“The future is here
Pros
This software boasts some truly innovative features. From its expansive canvas to seamless collaboration tools, it's a game-changer.
Cons
Perhaps because of so much functionality and capabilities, there are several downsides: - It can be a bit slow at times, and may require refreshing. - Difficult to navigate on the phone, it's designed for computers, not phones, so understandable.

“Best Collaborative Tool Ever
Pros
Bluescape is invaluable for keeping my team organized and focused during meetings and training sessions.
Cons
Having multiple users dropping in content often means documents are scaled inconsistently. Through training of our users, we have gotten better about this.

“Great!
Pros
The organizational structure of this platform is a lifesaver for keeping me on track throughout the week. Uploading work is a breeze too.
Cons
I do not like how big the workspace is. It makes it difficult for me to find things sometimes, but once I do, I am able to be very organized.

“It's okay
Pros
The functions are simple and easy to grasp, nothing overly complicated.
Cons
It is very frustrating for me to navigate, especially when multiple users are allowed to edit a workspace. Sometimes, one can make a large selection to delete a whole area.

“Bluescape Digital Pin Up Board (Highly Recommended)
Pros
Bluescape is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. Once you get the hang of it, it becomes a hub for ideas, inspiration, and creative presentations. I love how organized it keeps everything, and having access across different devices is a huge plus.
Cons
What I least like about the software is that I did not discover it sooner. It would have made my job more effective in the past.

“Impressions of an new user
Pros
The navigational canvas tool is a game-changer for me, making it much easier to locate items. I love to see it expanded into a folder format for added organization.
Cons
I dislike the limitations in the creative tools such as color, shapes, fonts, pen strokes. I find this very limiting. I need more options to work effectively.
