I really like the way everything is displayed. Unlike competing project management apps, the projects are organized in an easily viewable hierarchical format. I love that I can see the pods collectively, then individually, and then view the tasks themselves, all within one window. There's no jumping from page to page or struggling with navigation. Everything is straightforward and even color-coded.

It would be wonderful if this program had a built-in timer feature instead of manually logging in each time.

all commendable features are such as The price, ease of use, intuitive nature and email-based.

It could have a better connection between time recording and tasks. When recording time, there's only a notes field and it doesn't have to be tied to a task, which makes it easier to use but less useful for billing presentations. I suppose the entire time recording feature could be more comprehensive with a designated space to enter time for all tasks.

It's user-friendly and the templates come in handy. Collaboration is even easier now that we can duplicate pods and task lists for similar projects.

There is limited or no integration with CRM and/or billing software to automate the invoicing process.

The workflows, choice between list view and workflow view, and predefined workflows for digital marketing work are excellent. The customer service is outstanding. the integrated support interface is very much simple and convenient to use. Also the customer support team responds promptly.

The ability to drag team members when required, ability to attach files and notify different team members about anything with an ease is noteworthy.

Having a desktop and mobile app would be fantastic since I dislike having multiple browser windows open. It would be great to create multiple teams within a task and assign different completion levels to team members.
