Great for collaboration

Pros

I really like the option can indicates your progress on a task, rather than a simple "done" or "not done" status.

Cons

Tasks assigned for "assistance" do not appear on my personal calendar.

Great Marketing Project Management Tool

It offers ease of use and you do not have to pay a lot to enjoy all its features. In short the cost is reasonable

Cons

Of course, I would love to have all the premium account features included but I understand that they have a business to run. As soon as I can justify it I will be purchasing the premium account.

Firstly it is online. Secondly it is easy to figure out.

I require more assistance on so many things... There are too many contacts (chat, email) and mostly are unnecessary.

The organization system, ability to document project steps and communicate with my team, also the option to view and prioritize tasks are fantastic.

Cons
