Pros
What I really appreciate is that it's an affordable solution that does two things perfectly: it gives me simple, on-demand access to expert knowledge and it opens doors to connect with a like-minded community. It's more than just a tool.. it's a gateway to new relationships and learning opportunities that I wouldn't have otherwise !
Cons
So far I have not come across any drawbacks or negative aspects.
