Love the time tracking function

Pros

The time tracking function is particularly valuable as it allows us to allocate costs to specific projects and review employee time management.

Cons

Having a kanban board would be excellent as it would provide a global snapshot of the progress of each project at any given time.

Works well!

Pros

Time tracking is the best and highly useful feature of this product. It greatly helps our team in understanding the allocation of time to different clients.

Cons

My only concern with the product is the lack of an overview tab that displays all projects with their respective status breakdowns. It would be great to have a kanban board that solves this issue.

CanTicket review

Pros

So far, the timer has been the most beneficial feature for me. It allows me to keep a precise record of the time spent on each client.

Cons

It's difficult to determine who is currently working on a task when it's assigned to multiple people in the dashboard. Having a feature that shows the current assignee without needing to open the task would be really useful.

Invaluable to Marketing and Design Agencies

Pros

The time tracking feature has been a valuable tool for managing project timelines. It allows me to track the profitability of different projects eventually allowing me to provide more accurate quotes in the future. Additionally, the ability to add expenses to the project ensures that all costs are captured for invoicing purposes. If clients have any questions about an invoice, the reporting feature and note records provide clear evidence to support the charges.

Cons

Getting familiar with accessing the administration features was a bit challenging for me (I tend to take more time to learn technology and software), but CanTicket provides helpful user guides that walk you through the process.

Great for agencies!

Pros

I'm impressed with the time tracking and reporting features. They are intuitive and easy to use, specifically designed for agencies like ours. Transitioning the company from Asana to CanTicket was a seamless process.

I really like the clear layout and the visual timeline for workflow, which includes comment boxes. It enhances the overall user experience.

Cons

The invoicing and reporting features are not functioning yet. It would be beneficial to have a chat platform where staff, admins and everyone involved can communicate. In my experience, discussions often occur on platforms like Slack for months before anything is assigned or approved.
