“helpful built-in resources”
Pros
One thing I really love about Chase Software is the range of resources available inside the platform. As it gives me a lot to work with and adds real value to using the software.
Cons
At times there are so many offerings included that the interface can start to feel a bit cluttered.

“user friendly with lots to explore”
Pros
Getting around the software is not a problem and it does not take much effort to start using it. There is also a wide range of features available so it's worth spending time exploring because a lot of the functionality can easily go unnoticed or underused.
Cons
I feel like it would be even better with stronger integration with Teams. In particular it would help a lot if tasks could be sent directly to Planner within Teams.

“powerful detail handling”
Pros
It covers a lot in depth and does a great job managing complex information without falling apart.
Cons
The downside is that it is not very user-friendly and the experience, design and overall appearance feel outdated.
