Pros

Whenever an issue comes up, the support team gets back to us within minutes which has been incredibly helpful.

Cons

The interface is not particularly modern or visually appealing and it's missing access to some reports we'd consider fairly basic.

It is an all in one workflow hub

Pros

Having everything in one system really helps, such as briefs, cost estimates, timesheets and more, all in one place. Also it is very user-friendly and easy to work with.

Cons

There are occasional technical glitches from time to time but the customer support team is easy to reach and they sort out any issues quickly.

Pros

Working in finance, Chase has proven the best because it helps us complete our reports on time. It is also very useful for tracking job costs and related details.

Cons

Pros

Able to create more cusotmized reports to match our specific requirements has been a real plus. And I'd also love to see more job related reports added in the near future.

Cons

It does tend to hang at times when pulling different reports.

Quick setup and fast onboarding

Pros

What I appreciated right away is that getting started with Chase is fast and smooth so it does not take us long to be up and running.

Cons

A few of the reports do not appear to be configured correctly to me and show inaccurate values.

Always provide useful reports

Pros

The combination of usability and support makes it stand out as getting around the system is easy and the reports it offers are really important for the work I do. The integration with Sage is also a big plus and overall it is very helpful whenever anything comes up. I mean if I had to rely on Sage directly, it could take a week just to reach someone and another week to get the issue sorted. And the best part is that the team is always ready to help which is especially valuable.

Cons

Nothing too serious but I would still like to see a few additional report options for work type codes.

This software is such a practical choice because getting started with it was not a problem as it's simple to understand. Also the features are practical, genuinely useful and the support staff has been very helpful whenever needed.

all job details in one place

Pros

Keeping an eye on jobs in progress is really helpful and I can quickly see who is working on what at any time. The time tracking is useful too and having all the work completed on a job stored in one place makes everything much easier to manage.

Cons

It would be better if there was another report under the Time & Task tab specifically in Time by User that shows the total time spent per job. Right now it only shows time by task

powerful reporting through insights

Pros

Once you get familiar with how the database is structured, there are virtually endless options for reporting and moving through the system using Insights.

Cons

Well it has taken me quite a while to learn all of the features. The platform is so extensive that it is hard to fully learn everything it includes so ongoing training is really necessary.

Great reporting for sales tracking

Pros

Being able to pull reports and use the system to manage sales time more effectively has been a big plus. Also it helps us make sure we are billing accurately for the work we actually put in.

Cons

Well we ran into a challenge getting staff to complete their timesheets. But later they started submitting them, however some entries were incorrect which threw off our figures.

Resource planning made simple

Pros

Using Chase has been really easy because the platform is user-friendly. The support team is also attentive, responds quickly and is always helpful when something comes up. Overall it has made managing projects and resources much more convenient in my day to day work.

Cons

The expense tracking and claims area could use some updates to the UI.

quick rollout and strong support

Pros

Once we understood the workflows and controls, implementing it became pretty simple. Moving over from our old tool was also fairly easy. As the whole team got on board quickly and started testing and using the software and its features right away. In short the support we received for the software was really good although there was quite a bit of upfront work needed before we could begin the transition.

Cons

I noticed that it is missing a collaboration component.

The best support and reporting

Pros

Chase Software has become our go-to tool for handling incoming invoices for the Marketing and Sales teams and we also use it to bill our suppliers. One of the biggest benefits is the quality of the month end reports I can generate. Their team has been incredible too. Genevieve in particular has gone above and beyond by taking the time to understand how our business works, then adapting and adjusting different parts of the system to fit our needs. And once you get familiar with what this tool does well and where its limits are, it is very easy to work with. On top of that the service and aftercare really stand out. They are always willing to help in any way they can. I mean it is reassuring to know that whatever question comes up, they are consistently there with support and helpful suggestions.

Cons

Honestly I don't have much to add here because most of the issues I ran into were resolved very quickly by their customer support team.

reliable job tracking and billing

Pros

The job tracking, costing and billing tools work really well and are easy to use. Connecting it with Sage was also simple and very manageable.

Cons

There was an issue with the invoice template that led to a frustrating experience but the support team resolved it as quickly as they could.
