“Excellent tool for managing projects and resources
Pros
Clarity Software is a thorough project and portfolio management tool that is especially helpful for large enterprises. Plus I like that it offers powerful features for managing resources across multiple projects.
Cons
The cost of it and its user interface can be challenging for teams that do not have dedicated IT support. Additionally, the performance issues with large datasets and the limited mobile experience are significant drawbacks that I noticed.

Pros
In my experience it covers everything from quoting to sales. Its easy to use functions ensure great responses from our team. It has sped up our work by consolidating all our tasks in one place. And with its automation, accuracy and tracking features, it is simple to analyze sales results.
Cons
It needs automation for email follow-ups and the extra modules make it quite expensive and sometimes I noticed the software can be a little slow.

Pros
Honestly there are not many pros. Yes support is decent but I feel like they should be providing better service.
Cons
Almost everything. As it is an outdated CRM system. Initially it seems great during the demo but they do not show you all the features and functionality and when you sign up, not all of them are included. Plus it gets confusing when you try to use features that were demoed but are not part of your plan. They claim to assess your needs before signing up but the sales reps simply tell you what you want to hear to close the deal. And once you start using it the flaws become apparent. Like features shown in the demo are not included in our plan and we have to pay extra for each user who needs access to them. Such as modules like sales, invoicing, production, delivery and fitting all have separate licenses making it very expensive if you want the whole team to have access.

I like how it gives us an accurate cost which we can then present to the customer as a quote making the process much more professional.
Cons
The quoting system could be improved as I feel like it should be able to display all the costs clearly.

Pros
The job folders are simply the best as they keep all our job files, measurements, invoices and photos in one easy to access place.
Cons
For a smaller company like ours the additional modules are costly but I'd still like to have some of them.

I really like how user friendly it is with various options for different levels of quoting and managing production besides it, the sales projections and historical analysis are also great features.
Cons
Well I cannot make modifications once the system is in delivery mode which I did not like.
