Pros

The most valuable features for us are daily reporting and recording of site activities, closely followed by safety monitoring, site inductions and safe working method statements, especially for our in-house trade labor. The customer service is excellent which provides confidence that any issues will be quickly resolved.

Cons

I would like to see more development focused on optimizing the app for smartphones. It currently seems to work better on computer screens and iPads, where I haven't experienced any problems. However, for it to be 100% effective on a construction site, it needs to be more phone-friendly. The system sometimes feels unstable and freezes, requiring a phone restart.

It is very easy to use in real-time situations which allows me to complete reports with photos while on-site and saving time on report preparation back in the office.

Cons

The template naming of the category field didn't allow for specific naming of fields, but this was resolved through consultation with the Dash Pivot support staff.

The software is user friendly and highly intuitive and requires no training. It also provides a daily record of production.

Cons

It doesn't integrate data from programs like Primavera or MS Projects, and it also doesn't track the start and end dates of a list of activities from P6.

It's a breeze to use and modify templates. The photo logging feature is quite good and the workflow function enhances efficiency.

Dashpivot caters to our business requirements perfectly. It is user-friendly and allows us to track daily activities. All templates can be tagged and stored for specific jobs. Storing and referencing photos is simple and creating forms and templates is a hassle free process.

Dashpivot is an excellent product. I can't find any cons. It's always evolving and getting better.

It would be better if given an ease to navigate through the activity screen, and it would be helpful to have the company contact number in the document header.

It was quite accessible and simple for me to understand right from the beginning. The layout was clear and easily customizable to meet different needs.

Occasionally, there can be syncing issues with the mobile version, which prevents photos and created forms from being visible on the desktop version. Although this is being addressed with each revision, it is still an area which can be developed more.

The ease of use is remarkable and that too comes with a logical structure. Uploading documents and photos is quick and hassle free. It is an excellent way to maintain and easily retrieve records based on creator and date.

Cons

To be honest, there is nothing I can think of. It is a good program for working on large projects like NorthConnex for record-keeping.

Pros

Dashpivot is quite user-friendly, especially once it is set up. It saves a lot of time and helps with invoicing. The analytics feature is great for quickly confirming trade hours. I also love the ability to log photos in real-time while out in the field, which saves arguments with clients and subcontractors. Having all my data backed up provides peace of mind.

Cons

There's not much to mention, but if anything, it would be helpful if the date could automatically populate in the PC template.

The simplicity of Dashpivot is one of its greatest advantages for organizing day to day operations. Anyone can easily start using it right away, and if assistance is needed, the customer service and video tutorials are there to help in any situation.

In my overall experience with the free trial, my only feedback is that I had limitations on the number of templates. However, this will be resolved once I purchase the full version.

Setting up is a breeze and the software is easy to use. The customer support is fantastic and quick. It provides live information, offers customization options, allows photo sharing and tagging and comes at a great price. Plus, it is an Australian product.

The ease of use, especially on the app is outstanding. Uploading multiple photos is also not a problem with this product. Other than that wase workflows and alerts are two of commendable features. The Site Diary functionality is excellent and the search feature is very helpful for historical searches.

I have been searching for software like this for my startup company and I couldn't afford what was available. I love the fact that Dashpivot free version provides access to almost all the softwares functions with minimal restrictions. It is also perfect for keeping site records.

Cons

Modifying forms can be a bit challenging once you have started using them. To maintain the same standardized form after creating a new one, you may need to go back and edit the old one that was previously created.

It is easy to use and understand. There are good options for saving and storing photos and text diaries of site activities. Photos can be tagged for easy reference and it is compatible with mobile devices. The flexible form templates cover multiple aspects of site works, and there's a helpful support system if needed.

Cons

I can't think of any features that I do not like of the software. The developers are constantly updating it based on user feedback.
