Setting up is very easy and time saving. Submitting electronic templates is simple and managerial sign-off is efficient. All site workers have given positive feedback.

Cons

It would be helpful for us if the approver in Dashpivot could make adjustments to a template without sending the timesheet back to the operative in the workflow column. The "make changes" button can be misleading as it removes the operatives signature.

Pros

Dashpivot allows me to digitize any type of checklist or procedure and provides real-time visibility. It has replaced our paper checklists with exportable CSV checklists that can be adapted for various purposes.

Cons

Personally, I don't have any specific cons to mention because the Dashpivot team is very open to our suggestions for improving the product.

Pros

Navigating and editing templates is easy, resulting in well-organized recorded information and professional presentations for clients. I can download or share files with the designated site team member I report to.

Cons

I have nothing but praise for the customer service team. They respond promptly and are willing to assist with designing and duplicating my current reports on this site. I look forward to the day when a repetitive text or auto-populate feature for certain content could be added. Many of my reports refer to the same comments within the AS standards and currently, I have to retype or copy and paste them each time. If this functionality could be included when creating reports, it would save me a significant amount of time.

Pros

I find the product easy to use and we can make edits without involving developers and incurring additional charges.

Cons

Since we are still new to using it, I don't have a formed opinion about it yet. The time sheets and purchase orders are the only aspects that are not working for us at the moment.

This software is user-friendly and easy to set up. The support team member who provided training to me and the company director, has been very patient in answering all our questions. This was something that made it even easier to understand the software (although it was already intuitive).

Cons

So far, we have no complaints. It is easy to use and if we have any questions, the support team is great in answering them in detail.

It is easy to use and manage. It perfectly suits our business needs and is user-friendly in the field. The support has been excellent and the software is constantly being improved.

It would be beneficial to have a GPS location feature on forms, and the ability to select specific fields to be printed in forms is currently unavailable.

“Every Construction company should be using this app

Pros

Creating new templates that meet our requirements and modifying existing templates for improvement is very convenient. The user-friendly interface has made it easy for all our team members to use without assistance, including some of the older staff who quickly understand using the templates. Dashpivot has been priceless for monitoring everyones paperwork which allows us to identify missing information instantly and allowing our team to correct it promptly through the app. Compared to our previous paper-based system, where we only reviewed daily diaries at the end of the month, having real-time tracking helps us ensure accuracy. The new conditional formatting feature in the templates is fantastic, allowing us to display additional questions based on specific criteria and making the forms more organized. It greatly benefits our incident/accident reporting.

Cons

It's not a dislike, but there are a couple of things that need to be added: - We require certain forms to be accessible by all our workers, such as incident forms; currently, only our lead guys have access. It would be great if we could assign users to specific forms that are not for everyday use. - We use Dashpivot to upload project photos, and currently, we have to download all the photos to send them to clients. It would be more convenient if we could send them a link that grants them access to the photos for a particular project.

Dashpivot excels in tracking construction progress through pictures and effectively managing progress pictures throughout a project's lifecycle. The support provided is excellent. The platform itself is user-friendly and responsive on-site, and compiling forms is a simple process.

Cons

It would be useful to have additional functionality regarding analytics.

The app is very user-friendly and versatile. Creating and editing documents has been an easy task. My team has seamlessly transitioned to the system. The analytics function is fantastic for graphing data and identifying trends, particularly for injury data collection. The tutorials are simple and quite helpful. I have been recommending Dashpivot to everyone.

Cons

I haven't encountered any issues yet as I have only been using the app for two months.

Exporting the necessary information is a breeze. The transition from handwritten timesheets to comprehensive downloaded spreadsheets is fantastic.

I would like the option to update staff details myself, including capitalizing first and last names if they haven't been done so already.

Pros

Dashpivot has allowed our team to smoothly transition from paper-based records to an electronic system that can be easily accessed and utilized on mobile devices or tablets. From an administrative standpoint, the records are simple to search and export into workable files. The flexibility of creating templates enables us to tailor them to our specific needs.

Cons

I believe there are plans to offer more flexibility in creating reports within Dashpivot, such as incorporating charts and graphs. It would be great if we didn't have to export data to a CSV file and manipulate it into charts. Of course, I could always learn how to use Power BI.

Pros

I absolutely love Dashpivot's photo capture feature. It is our most frequently used tool and is excellent for tracking progress and providing information to our clients.

Cons

Earlier versions had some freezing problems, but it seems like those bugs have been resolved now.

Taking photos through the mobile app and instantly uploading them is a breeze. Creating and completing forms on-site using the mobile app is effortless. It is easy to store and locate documents and reports. The software is user-friendly and highly functional.

Cons

It is a bit annoying that I cannot edit or mark-up photos once they have been uploaded.

Pros

The customizable templates and photo database features have significantly improved our construction management approach on a large wind farm project. Implementing Dashpivot for capturing construction monitoring information at the site has resulted in substantial savings and efficiencies. The data is easily accessible, searchable and shareable, and the Dashpivot team has been very helpful. The product is very much easy to use and I wholeheartedly recommend it for future construction projects.

Cons

I think it would be beneficial to have an interactive site map/drawing integrated into the app for better efficiency. I am aware that the team is already exploring this for future development.

“Dashpivot does exactly what I want

Pros

I use Dashpivot as an asbestos register, and it provides all the necessary tools to customize my register and supporting records. Other products on the market lack this flexibility while costing more than twice as much. It even allows users to enter data and access the asbestos register from their mobile devices in the field. I can generate reports containing vital information for staff and contractors, ensuring safety for everyone involved.

Cons

I often find myself customizing my templates again as I learn from trial, error and experience. It would be incredibly helpful if my existing record entries could be automatically filled in with the designs of the current template which allows me to go back and fill in the missing information. Currently, I have to manually retype the old data into the new template, which is manageable for now but will not be practicable in the long run.

Writing reports, uploading photos and attaching relevant documents are all easy tasks.

I don't have many cons to mention about the software, but there is room for improvement in the defects register. It would be easier to find specific items if some enhancements were made.

The ease of producing quick and user-friendly forms for fieldworkers, with minimal effort and cost, has transformed are capturing and reporting processes. For now we have just scratched the surface of what this software can do for us, and I am excited about its long-term potential. Additionally, the availability of public templates has saved us a significant amount of time in planning and brainstorming.

Dashpivot can fulfill almost all our requirements right off the bat. With a bit of training and assistance, we found it easy to create our own templates and start using them immediately.

Cons

It would be helpful if the app could retrieve data from a spreadsheet as it would save us some time. Additionally, having an easy way to back up our data to local storage would be beneficial.
