Everything about the software is user friendly and thoughtfully designed which has made it very simple to use.

Everything related to the acquisition is kept in one place organized by category and clearly titled which makes it simple to navigate and quickly find the documents you need.

One thing that could be better is showing whether a Request List folder has any content before you click into it.

Using it is not much of a hassle and downloading materials is easy too. I also get notified right away whenever new files are uploaded which helps me stay up to date.

Once you get familiar with the features, it is very easy to use. The initial setup was handled by Atlas Technical Consultants Inc. And I must say they would be the best ones to ask for detailed feedback on the data room's usability, download process and related functions.

Downloading files is a real headache. As the zipped downloads are often impossible to unzip because the file paths end up being too long and it does not provide any way to shorten or trim the file names.

DealRoom is very flexible. As with it, it is easy to track user progress and message people directly in the tool when updates are needed. That's very helpful.

The document upload and download process is not the best. Aside from that, it is a very powerful platform but the price is definitely high compared with other competing options.

Exporting a map of the folder structure is fairly easy which is a nice feature to have.

That said the way the folders are actually organized feels a little harder to manage.

Being able to tag documents to specific requests has been a big plus. One file can be uploaded to the Dealroom and then reused across multiple requests which is really good. The drag and drop upload also makes adding documents very simple.

Everything has worked really well so far and I have not come across any problems yet.
