Pros

The pre-loaded lists and task organization features are great for making choices and setting up task schedules.

Cons

This platform has worked really well for our smaller deals and getting it set up and customized for our workflow was pretty easy.

Cons

Preview without downloading

Pros

Being able to securely preview documents without having to download them has been incredibly helpful especially when managing deals that involve multiple parties during diligence.

Cons

It was simple to use overall but it would be useful to have a feature that shows which files have already been viewed or downloaded. As at times, I ended up clicking around trying to remember what I had already opened.

Being able to tag other users on outstanding items and trade comments or notes has been really helpful for keeping everything moving and making collaboration much better.
