Cons

Desklog has been a very important tool in our company and has delivered it's worth over the time

Pros

It presents a clear and user-friendly interface, allowing our team to accurately record their working hours.

Cons

Pros

The software excels in organizing tasks. Creating, assigning and tracking tasks became unproblematic which eventually ensures alignment and keeping everyone on schedule.

Cons

The trial period was valuable but felt a bit short. Extending the trial duration would allow for more in-depth exploration.

Great application, great support.

Pros

It is more cost-effective than the product we previously used. The availability of real-person support is a great advantage. And the best part is that it is an Indian product.

Cons

Appreciation Feedback of Desklog

Pros

Desklog amazed us with its user-friendly interface and wide-ranging features. The software's ability to track time both in the office and remotely was a significant advantage, especially considering the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The real-time monitoring capabilities and the option to capture screenshots for remote employees ensured accountability and transparency. Additionally, the detailed reports and analytics empowered us to make data-driven decisions for optimizing our workforce.

Cons

While I found Desklog to be beneficial in many aspects, there were a few areas where I felt improvements are needed. Firstly, the mobile app could have been more user-friendly and intuitive. Because some of my colleagues found it slightly hard to navigate it. Secondly, having more options for customizing reports and dashboards to suit our specific needs would have been helpful. Lastly, although customer support was generally responsive, faster response times during major issues would have been appreciated.

Pros

The user-friendliness of Desklog was truly remarkable. Our team members quickly become used to the software, thanks to its intuitive interface. Logging working hours, switching between projects and generating reports became easy. The real-time tracking feature proved invaluable as it allowed us to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments on the go.

Cons

While Desklog fulfilled most of our requirements, there are certain areas where I believe can be improved. Firstly, integrating with other project management and task tracking tools would be advantageous. Seamless integration with popular tools like Jira or Trello would eliminate the need for entering data twice. Additionally, having more robust mobile applications would be likeable. Although the desktop version worked excellently, having equally powerful mobile apps would make it easier for our team members who are frequently on the go. Lastly, improved reporting features, including predictive analytics based on historical data, could provide even more valuable insights into time management and resource allocation. In conclusion, Desklog has been a valuable addition to our IT franchise brand. Its ease of use and flexibility have significantly improved our time tracking and management processes. While there is room for improvement, it has certainly been a step in the right direction for our organization.

Unlike many other time tracking software, Desklog includes attendance and shift management, as well as leave management features, which are highly useful for employee management.

Cons

By default, Desklog does not work offline. Working hours during network troubles might be shown as unproductive. However, such issues can be resolved through adjustments.
