Pros
One thing that really worked in their favor was the pricing. Their fee structure felt reasonable and was something a lot of the other software options we considered just didn't offer.
Cons
It would have been better if the platform included more built-in communication features. There was also an onboarding glitch and it took them a fairly long time to get it fixed.

Payroll of this platform has been very easy to use because it's simple and user-friendly. The best part is being able to run payroll in the morning and have the money show up in employees' bank accounts that same afternoon. That makes a huge difference when handling commissions or fixing payroll mistakes quickly.
Cons
At the moment any general ledger mapping has to be done manually and that takes a lot of time. This limitation has pushed some of my larger clients toward ADP and other platforms instead. For companies that rely on cost accounting, that makes it hard to use this system in a practical way.

Pros
One thing that keeps me confident using this is how reliable it has been. Whenever something comes up, the team is there to help and that support really stands out. The platform is built on a modern tech stack that gets updated regularly which makes it feel current and well maintained. The reporting is very easy to work with, the interface looks modern and overall the value for the money is incredible.
Cons
It's still a newer company so there's clearly a long roadmap ahead of them but they've been executing well and continue to impress.

My name is Gardy Herard, owner of Master Livery and I'm leaving this review after a very bad experience. The payroll system feels extremely basic and the customer service was poor. Whenever I needed help, nobody was available which made the whole system very inconvenient to use. Even something as important as changing bank information took at least 3 days just to get a reply. It seemed like their main focus was collecting the $500 implementation fee. I was charged that amount and then I ran into ACH issues with my bank. I ended up opening a new bank account just to keep the service going because things were not working with my merchant company and I also pushed my first bank to fix the ACH issue. After that, I emailed them to give access again so I could add my old bank information back. Instead of helping, they sent me this message, "Hello Master Livery Services and Administration Team, It has come to our attention that we are no longer a good fit for each other. Unfortunately, we're going to need to terminate our services due to the recent problems and delays with your banking information and funding of your payroll. Your requirements are outside of the scope of what we do as a company. Thank you very much for your business and we wish you the best for the future." They also do not seem to welcome feedback or suggestions for improvement. I felt disrespected as a small business owner and I am asking to have my $500 implementation fee refunded.

Everyone on the team has been fantastic and the software does a really good job of managing employee time and handling PTO requests. The interface is clean, uncluttered and simple to navigate.
Cons
One thing that's missing is the ability to create tax withdrawals in the app for skipped or missed payrolls without needing help from client support. It would be an excellent addition if the app could also calculate these amounts and bonus taxes directly within the system.

Payment to my employees so quickly is easily the best part. Once I submit payroll, they can receive their money in as little as four hours which is a huge advantage for my team.
Cons
Product still feels like it's being built out in some areas. The scheduling tools aren't very strong, the workflow doesn't hold up as well for larger companies and customer support is offered mostly by phone.

Running both a photography business and a motel with employees, one thing I really appreciate is being able to manage multiple businesses under a single login. I don't need separate usernames and passwords for each account which makes everything much more convenient. It also helped me understand what I needed to do to get payroll set up. There were a few things I didn't know beforehand and they were able to point me in the right direction. If you're planning to hire and feel nervous about payroll, it's worth reaching out first because they'll explain what you need to get started.
Cons
A few features I assumed were already included aren't fully there yet, mostly because they're still fairly new and the team is still working on them. Because of that, there are certain tasks you still have to handle manually. It's not a huge problem for me right now though and I expect it will improve as more features are added.

One thing my team really appreciates is the flexibility around pay periods. They're genuinely happy being able to get paid on the schedule that works best for them. The onboarding process also feels incredibly polished. Compared with my previous companies, I haven't had an employee setup experience this convenient before.

I love how forward-thinking the whole concept is. It has genuinely been a strong benefit for my employees and that has also helped me use it as an advantage when bringing in new hires. I can't really speak for other fields but in manual labor, workers tend to move from job to job pretty often. Because we're able to pay employees every day, we've kept turnover much lower than before. I'm honestly very thankful they entered the market when they did.
Cons
At the start, there were a few bugs when the platform was first rolling out. Even with those issues, support stayed very involved and regularly called or texted to check that everything was working the way it should. He was also very willing to share business and tax advice, while making it clear that it was only his personal opinion. So even the downside never felt all that negative.
