Overall, this tool is very much user friendly with no complex workflows. The visual display of projects provides a comprehensive overview of progress at a glance.
Cons
I have been exploring this tool for a while now and so far, I haven't come across any features that I dislike.

Navigating through the portal and dashboard was not a problem because of this software. One more thing is that using the report tools is a not at all problematic.
Cons
I believe that including additional features would greatly enhance the progress of the software.
