Our entire team manages and assigns internal tasks on Flowlu. The API integration is impressive allowing us to create our app from their APIs. The CRM and custom fields contribute to its awesomeness.

Cons

While Flowlu's features are excellent having a ticketing system for external clients would be beneficial. We created Power BI reports using the Flowlu API for additional reporting.

Due to its complexity there is a learning curve requiring effort to maximize all functions. Additionally incorporating HR features would be excellent for tracking everything from a single dashboard of applications.

Setting up the environment took time for cost rates to be applied. Invoice creation requires validation to ensure all hours are captured and correcting time tracking errors can be challenging.
