Pros
Using this software was a not a problem from the beginning. It's intuitive and designed by a software team specifically for software teams, so everything just makes sense.
Cons
The only thing we didn't like was that it wasn't integrated with our CRM. We prefer having an all-in-one solution to track customers throughout their lifecycle.
