It’s a game changer!

Pros

Freedcamp is available everywhere and works just fine in a browser as well. It is excellent for organizing tasks and paperwork. I use Google Drive, which gives me yet another option for sharing papers, and sync project calendars to my Google Calendar.

Cons

There are Gantt charts, but they could add some more. I have simply changed the way I work to deal with that, though. Some of my colleagues do find the charts to be complex, so there’s that as well.

A solid project management tool with lots of features.

Pros

We started using Freedcamp when COVID hit and everyone began working from home. Before, we used to work closely in the office, but that changed when we all had to work remotely. Freedcamp made a huge difference during that time, helping us stay organized and connected despite the distance.

Cons

It felt a bit too complicated for our needs, since we were only using it minimally.

Great value for money, Freedcamp does the job well.

Pros

I really like how easy it is to generate and monitor projects in Freedcamp. I've tried a few different project apps, but Freedcamp stands out. It's fast, has plenty of options, and is easy to adjust for both admins and individual users. Plus, the pricing is great. The paid options are definitely worth the money.

Cons

Missing options right now: Integrated email client. WeChat integration. Baidu Cloud integration. I dream of a world where Freedcamp has an integrated email client that lets you link emails and messages to a project, automatically saving attachments to the project folder. Since I work in China, WeChat is a must, so being able to send messages directly to a project would be awesome. Also, US-based cloud systems are a hassle to use here, so integration with Baidu Cloud or Aliyun would be a huge advantage.

Great Collaboration Tool

Pros

Freedcamp is a fantastic project management tool that enables teams to collaborate effectively. Even the free version offers a wide range of features that cover most needs. This allows users to explore and understand the software's suitability for their team and determine if they require additional paid services.

Cons

One area that could be improved is expanding the addons to integrate with various applications. While not a major obstacle it would benefit companies that are already using other applications in their workflow. For instance integrating with Freshbooks works well but it requires some effort to make it work with Quickbooks.
