Perfect for beginners, great project management software.

Pros

It is incredibly useful and super easy to learn. My team picked up all the basics in about two days, so the learning curve is pretty short. It didn't take long for us to feel comfortable using it.

Cons

The app could use a bit more work to match the full functionality of the online system.

One of the best task tracking tools I've used.

Pros

Quitee simple, quick, and easy to use. It's great for small to medium-sized projects. We've been able to manage everything easily with the free version, which is pretty amazing for a free tool.

Cons

They need to improve the team management features.

Cons

It could be a bit more visually appealing, but honestly, no major issues.

It's like an old friend, reliable and familiar.

Pros

I've been using Freedcamp for almost seven years now. From the very first moment, it became one of my favorite tools for task and project management, especially when I started working on a project with a partner. What stood out to me was the great value per user and the amazing free tier. It was one of the first apps I found that let you try almost all of its features for free without needing to enter credit card details. Fast forward to 2023, and Freedcamp has only gotten better. It has added new features, improved its user interface, and still keeps its prices affordable for all users. One of the best features is the ability to add "collaborators" who can view and comment on your projects for free a fantastic option for teams working on projects together.

Cons

it is a solid task and project management app that's especially useful for beginners. I mainly use it for side projects because it's my secondary project manager. The add-on system works well for keeping things simple, but I prefer not having to activate and deactivate modules.

Freedcamp is a great tool for project management.

Pros

The first thing that stood out to me about it is the price. The paid version costs under $2, which is a steal considering all the features it offers. It lets me manage projects efficiently without breaking the bank.

Cons

As a French speaker, I have to mention that there's no French version of the software.

Cons

The presentation could be more attractive, especially for corporate settings.

Freedcamp made project management much easier.

Pros

I love Freedcamp because it provides a comprehensive solution for managing projects. Not only does it have powerful features, but I also like that it offers an affordable and flexible pricing plan when compared to other project management solutions. Furthermore, its integration with various tools such as Google Drive and Dropbox makes it easy to add to existing workflows.

Cons

The only issue I had was that the interface could be a bit confusing at times, making it difficult to access certain features. However, I managed to find my way around this by exploring its tutorials and resources. Other than that, Freedcamp has been great for managing projects and collaborating with my team.

Freedcamp is the ideal tool for keeping organized.

Pros

I find Freedcamp to be a great project management and collaboration tool as it provides me with an all-in-one solution for managing tasks, projects, and team communications in one central location. The task list feature helps me stay on top of my tasks while the Gantt chart displays an overview of the projects progress.

Cons

The only issue I encountered with Freedcamp was that its free plan is quite limited and it can be a bit expensive for larger teams to switch over to a Pro plan. Other than that, Freedcamp has been great for helping me stay organized and on top of my tasks.

Our new pick for project management in 2023.

Pros

The Kanban features and editing tools are really easy to manage. They make organizing tasks a breeze and help keep things on track without being overwhelming.

Cons

It's too soon for me to evaluate it fully. I'll need to continue using it before giving a complete review.

Freedcamp is great for managing projects and teams of any size.

Pros

I find Freedcamp really useful because it allows me to invite team members of any size to collaborate on projects, and always keeps us updated with the progress. I also like how user-friendly it is and that there is a mobile app for both iOS and Android users.

Cons

The only thing I would change about Freedcamp is the cost of its Pro plan, which can be quite expensive (especially for larger teams) and can be a bit of a hassle getting everyone on board. Additionally, I find that the UI can be a bit confusing at times, making it difficult to access certain features.

Freedcamp is an economical option for small companies.

Pros

Freedcamp is the project management solution I was looking for to keep all of my projects and tasks in one place and organized. With the help of Freedcamp’s online project management, I have been able to oversee all of my clients work in one location. I also appreciate that the free version is significantly helpful.

Cons

Of course, the best possible experience you can get is when you purchase premium add-ons. But the free version is more than enough if you are on a budget.

Free trial convinced me to upgrade.

Pros

Freedcamp’s excellent free trial is the reason I started using it full-time. I like that you can make as many projects as you want and modify your projects view to suit the requirements of that particular project. Its quite simple to add tasks and subtasks and change the status with a simple drag-and-drop.

Cons

It offers so many ways to do a single task that it quickly becomes complicated selecting a path that would cost me the least amount of time and effort. It is a little difficult to handle the roles and teams for this very reason.

Freedcamp is a powerful tool for teams.

Pros

Incredibly powerful. You can easily manipulate and customize your projects to fit your needs. It's particularly strong for team projects and can be adapted to work in many different ways, which is a big plus.

Cons

The task and milestone entry could be more seamless. It feels a bit clunky.

Great value for money with enterprise-level features.

Pros

The software is easy to operate. Even without having excessive technical knowledge, users can make it work for their project management needs. Following my good experience with the basic plan, I soon upgraded to the premium features. I am happy with how the software has streamlined my daily work. It is also helpful that the support team is highly responsive.

Cons

It is tricky to learn since it is so much it can do. I have had trouble narrowing down the features that would make my work the fastest and although the team is great, I think they should focus on this issue. I think this will help all types of Freedcamp users but especially the smaller companies.

Streamlines tasks and projects for small teams.

Pros

I believe Freedcamp is ideal for task and project management, especially if you have limited resources to dedicate to these purposes. In my own experience, it has been practical, adaptable, and simple to use. I connected my calendar and Google Drive to it so that I have access to all my files without switching between apps and effectively keep track of my deadlines and responsibilities.

Cons

It was a bit difficult to set up initially and kind of made me wish I had someone technical on my team. Since hiring someone was not an option, I had to make a lot of effort, which was worth it, but still difficult for a non-technical person.

It has the greatest collection of useful features of any software with strong integrations.

Pros

I appreciate that it is web-based, so any employee with older or unsupported hardware faces no issue in using Freedcamp as a part of their job. It is a breeze to assign tasks, dates, priorities, and individuals to a project, and Dropbox integration makes it even more accessible. We don’t even have to depend on Freedcamp since we have the files ready as a backup in Dropbox.

Cons

The website gets really confusing if you have a high workload. And the reports are very basic, with just a list of tasks and a time frame and little room for customization.

Highly efficient for complex system engineering projects.

Pros

It's is super user-friendly, which makes it easy for new team members to get the hang of it. They can quickly learn how to use it for project management, both individually and as part of a team. The Project Planning and Scheduling features are especially useful for managing complex engineering projects efficiently, helping everything run smoothly.

Cons

The calendar interface takes some time to get used to, but once you do, it's really valuable for tracking deadlines and milestones.

The best software we've found for managing projects.

Pros

The calendar view is excellent. It lets me organize tasks, projects, and subtasks easily, keeping everything running smoothly. The saved views are a great way to customize the experience. Plus, there are so many features available for free users, making it a great tool that can grow with a startup.

Cons

The notification feature is a bit annoying since it emails you about everything, but you can turn it off. The homepage view is overwhelming, there's a learning curve, and the password management system doesn't feel very secure.

Freedcamp is great, but not quite the right fit for me.

Pros

Freedcamp is super easy to use, very affordable, and offers a lot of tools for project management. For more complex tasks, I really liked using the Gantt Charts. They make tracking progress so much easier.

Cons

While it's easy to use, Freedcamp has a lot going on. I was looking for something simpler, and it offers that, but we just didn't end up sticking with it.
