Pros

Working on one project with a bigger development team is much more manageable with this. It handles commit merging well and you can even require admin approval before changes go through which is really helpful.

Cons

A few users needed a bit of time to adjust to the differences between SVN in Assembla and Github.

Connecting Github with Jenkins and AWS is simple and it does a good job of detecting any changes made to the original code quickly.

One thing I really appreciate about it is how many useful and practical features it includes. It lets us keep most project files organized in one place which makes it much faster and more convenient for multiple team members to access everything they need. Also, we can control repository access permissions so unauthorized changes or actions can be avoided. Another big advantage is that it also serves as a backup option which is very helpful if any data ever gets lost.

I honestly haven't run into any real issues with it. Only a small number of features require payment, while most of the platform is free to use and still remains very simple to work with.

Being able to connect multiple external tools is really useful. It also works very well for managing several projects inside the same repository while keeping them separated with different branches. Also, task tracking through the dashboard feels simple.

The file size limit for uploads can be restrictive. Also, the mobile app still feels incomplete and doesn't offer the full experience.

Across different IDEs, this tool fits in really well and the fact that it also comes with a GUI makes it very convenient to use. It's one of the simplest ways to keep track of multiple project versions, roll back changes when needed and review other people's code without much hassle.

No major issues!! I think mainly because it covers pretty much everything I need. If there's one thing that could be improved, it would be clearer explanations or more detailed documentation for the available features since it can take a little time to fully understand how everything works.

If you're just starting out, it can feel pretty difficult and confusing because there are so many commands to learn. It does include Dependabot but there's still some level of risk involved.
