Pros
The early adopter scheme offers excellent value. It is intuitive to start with and progressively explore additional features as needed. Its adaptability in customizable areas is impressive.
Cons
I think having a field for task priorities would be helpful. Also, the sharing function of the planning board doesn't seem to work for me. These are just minor quibbles though.

Cons

I hope they implement the following features: an automatic timesheet creation or prompt when moving a card from "Work In Progress" to "Done", an overall document list for each card, and a document workflow feature. Cons
Customizing columns (coloring) is very difficult, and it is not clear when creating or modifying subtasks. There are too many settings required just to create a task. Also, there is no mobile or tablet app version, and the time tracking for each task is not user-friendly.

Cons
There are still numerous UI bugs, such as phantom scrolling, and the export function does not capture everything for backups. The sprint system feels too dynamic, resulting in loss of accuracy when transitioning between tasks from closed sprints.
