There are no concerns about installation or configuration since Gouti is a pre-configured SAAS solution ready for immediate use. We can add both internal and external users to the company for collaborative project management. We can manage as many projects as we want, and it has become an indispensable tool in our daily operations.

There are still some ergonomic improvements and missing functionalities. For example, in the Gantt view, it's not possible to drag a task to adjust its schedule or change its duration. Only one task can be set as the predecessor for another task in terms of task dependencies.

The project management solution also allows me to create a list of products, outputs, or deliverables for the project. Setting up tasks for these project deliverables is made simple as well. With Gouti's project templates, I can define the tasks that my team and project stakeholders need to perform and have a clear overview of the project's workload. These features ensure that my team and I can deliver project results of high quality within the correct scope, time, and cost.

In my opinion, the interface could use some more refinement, but it gets the job done, and that's what matters. The only regret I have is that my company didn't start using it earlier.

Pragmatic and user-friendly: We have been using it daily for over two years, and it greatly simplifies tasks such as project control, monitoring, and reporting. It's a joy to have a simple and readable report on project progress for steering committee meetings... And we haven't found that anywhere else. To top it off, our contact person at Gouti is highly accessible and responsive whenever we have comments or questions. That's not something you often see these days!

The GANTT chart could be more flexible to use. However, I understand that the upcoming version planned for January will allow direct interaction with its display, so no complaints there.
