Scalable and customizable

Pros

GuideCX has been an invaluable tool for our customer onboarding process. It has streamlined our operations and provided us with more capacity as we continue to grow. Both internally and with our clients, we find the tool user-friendly. We also like the flexibility it offers as it allows our customers to interact solely through email while keeping all the important information centralized within the platform. As an admin, the reporting and insights provided by the tool are highly valuable. They help us identify any delays or risks and highlight opportunities for process optimization. The ability to easily recreate and adapt templates within the tool has made the onboarding process seamless for different experiences, such as different product types and client types. It keeps our team organized and on track with minimal effort. I must mention that the GuideCX team is fantastic. Their attentiveness, responsiveness and enthusiasm have made the onboarding experience and continued usage of the tool truly enjoyable.

Cons

One area where we would love to see improvement is in the system for managing tasks beyond the launch or go-live phase. The tool is primarily designed for onboarding processes, but we have some post-onboarding follow-ups that would greatly benefit from being managed within the tool. The GuideCX product team is actively exploring solutions in this area.

Two thumbs up!

Pros

Integrating into Salesforce has been a game-changer for me. It allows me to connect projects, stay on track and have complete visibility on where each new client is in the process. The help desk support is exceptional, and I find the resources and classes provided to be highly beneficial for continuous learning and improving our processes.

Cons

Currently, there are no issues to report. We have revised and improved our processes since initially starting with GCX, and it has made a tremendous difference.
