“Great app for small companies
Pros
It's not complicated which allow me use it instantly. And later quickly get important information and track it over time. Once you get to know it, it becomes one of the best working companions, giving you an edge over those who don't use it.
Cons
Minor issues, like when I receive a notification on my mobile phone screen and try to open it, it doesn't open the event or the last task or page I was on.

Pros
It's user-friendly, offering tasks and subtasks, visual planning, multiple team members and support for multiple projects.
Cons
So far, I haven't encountered any cons. I am still exploring the product, but having a macOS app would be fantastic! Other than that I truly don't see any major drawbacks.

“So far this is the exact planning software I was looking for.
Pros
As a finance manager and personal assistant, my work revolves around tasks rather than projects. This is why software like MeisterTask and BaseCamp, which focus on teams and projects, didn't quite meet my needs. Hitask does it all! If I have a team working on a specific project, I can use it for that. However, it also allows me to create recurring task lists for the repetitive tasks I need to do on the same day each week. I appreciate its ease of use and the display on both my desktop and mobile platforms.
Cons
This is exactly what I was searching for. I've been using it for a week and haven't discovered anything I dislike about it yet.

“This is the best free task management software around!
Pros
It's easy to use, easy to set up, and the fact that it's free is fantastic! It saves us a tremendous amount of time and money by allowing us to maintain ongoing task lists online for multiple users. It has transformed my to-do list into an already-done list! It reminds me of all the small tasks that only need to be completed monthly, quarterly, or even annually! I feel like I have my mental clarity back!
Cons
I really wish I could receive text reminders for some of my tasks or at least I can get email notifications, which is nice. Sometimes the software experiences downtime, and there's no indication of how long it will last, with no customer support available.

“I have tried out this program to see it if it would be useful in helping keep my business organized.
Pros
The time tracking feature is a standout for me. It's helpful for billing purposes on specific projects. The collaboration aspect and integration with Google are also major advantages!
Cons
I am happy that I didn't need customer support. However, when I attempted to contact them, I realized how difficult it would have been if I had required support. Eventually, I figured out the problem on my own, but the lack of communication and slow response time was disappointing.
