No major complaints. And it is relatively a new platform so the global support model for iPlan is still evolving. While the product shows promise, its support infrastructure is in the process of maturing.

“Good but has a room for improvement

Pros

I have set up an Excel template that automatically pulls data from the database and as a result I get a nicely formatted financial report in Excel right away.

Cons

The absence of a drag-and-drop feature when creating iPlan reports in Excel is a major drawback.

In my experience, the product meets all the necessary requirements for effective project management and quality planning. It provides us the necessary tools and features to streamline project organization and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Cons

While the products capabilities are impressive, I feel like the user interface could benefit from some improvements. However, given the quality of the output it provides, the UI concerns become insignificant.
