Using it is really quick and easy for me. I find the user interface very intuitive for keeping track of my projects, especially with the dynamic filtering feature. Plus, the ability to upload MS Project files is a great addition.

Cons

I feel like the reporting feature could be improved. Most of the data exports as spreadsheets, which is not very convenient. Also, there's no standard report specifically for Project Managers to export for Project Sponsors. It seems like the expectation is for all users to utilize the portal for reporting.

I didn't find any pros with this tool. I've come across several others that offer more functionalities and are easier to use.

Setting up took us less than a week, which is incredibly fast compared to other PPM solutions I've used. We also utilize the Slack bot for less intensive users, and the included support service is efficient and a great value-add.

Some project managers are accustomed to MS Project, especially for Gantt planning. Having a desktop version of the Gantt might be helpful. Also, the absence of recognition in reports by Gartner or Forrester makes decision-making a bit challenging.
