When it comes to calculating "earned value metrics" on ITM Platform, solely focusing on work hours without considering project cost and completion dates can lead to inaccurate analysis. While the support team responds promptly, not all issues are immediately resolved; however, they do take them into account for future platform updates.

Customizability is a strong suit of ITM Platform, with flexible views and custom fields. This feature allows us to tailor reporting to our executives' preferences while still providing PMs with essential functionality.

There's quite a bit of clicking involved, and assigning multiple tasks to one member simultaneously is not possible. Drag and drop functionality is absent from the Gantt screen, and Gantt bars can't be customized with colors like red, yellow, and green to signify task status. Also, the lack of color options in the program progress area makes it difficult to distinguish between different statuses. Furthermore, there's no way to permanently delete a project without assistance from ITM, which is inconvenient for our needs, especially when managing rejected projects.
