“very convenient”
Pros
Join.me's convenience is unmatched; with your code right on the desktop, it's quick to connect. We frequently use it to connect our Electronic Medical Record system, which is much easier than visiting a website, plus, it's free!
Cons
Not all the companies we contact use our system, so we can't use it every time. I'd like to use it with all our business partners.

“I used Join Me in my role at the office to link up to our IT team in Wellington for support.”
Pros
Join.me is incredibly easy and fast to use. It simplifies life by allowing our IT team to access my computer remotely.
Cons
There's not really anything wrong. It works well and does everything it should, quickly and efficiently. Great software.

“this allow you to make a good impression with clients, always that is not getting update”
Pros
Join.me serves as our backup conference app for emergencies. It's easy to use, has a sleek design, and works fast, providing crucial support when needed.
Cons
My main problem with this app is that it's always downloading updates. In the past few months, I've practically only opened it to stay updated in case I need to use it. And I don't think this app is competitive enough.

“Great Easy Product, Not great business practices”
Pros
Join.me is Directly to use, with a quick learning curve. I particularly liked how easy it was to record video and the reasonable price. Any issues typically stemmed from people not understanding how to use it.
Cons
I had issues with the support. I also disliked the way they handle auto annual renewal. I wasn't even notified and was forced to eat the cost on a couple of lines until they ran out. Not cool, especially because I scaled with them. Started with one, then added more. I really don't think this practice should exist these days.

“Join Me is a wonderful meeting tool and is easy to use and can send recordings as well.”
Pros
One of my favorite features of Join.me is the ability to easily record meetings and pass the presenter role back and forth.
Cons
Sometimes, a few banks we collaborate with have difficulty accessing Join Me, though I'm unsure if the issue lies with Join Me or their firewalls.

“I used this software to remotely connect to internal and external customers machines to assist them”
Pros
It's an excellent app, offering a free version without many restrictions. It's easy to use and connects quickly between users. Screen sharing is a breeze, whether presenting to large crowds in person or remotely. Scheduling meetings is effortless, and the phone app's quality is outstanding.
Cons
It can be a little pricey for a small business or startup. For less skilled users, the interface can be hard to use at first. Video can be choppy when using a mobile device or with a slow internet connection. Some average computer users find it a little difficult to join meetings for the first time.

“It is really easy to use. No confusing set up is needed”
Pros
Though we've only used it a few times, Join.me has proven to be reliable. We appreciated its uncomplicated setup without any confusing steps.
Cons
The business plan is a bit expensive, I believe. At least for our needs. Maybe for some executives who always travel, a subscription would be really worth it.

“Is a simple meeting software that makes meeting with customers easy”
Pros
I value the flexibility offered by Join.me, as it enables me to send meeting invitations directly through the desktop app or integrate it with Outlook. This ensures that attendees have access to the required phone numbers. Additionally, the meetings proceed seamlessly, particularly when I have a strong network connection.
Cons
Lately, I've noticed that the more attendees there are in a meeting, the more static and performance issues some of the attendees experience. Hopefully, this gets fixed, but it's manageable for now.

“Unreliable and frustrating”
Pros
When it functions properly, it's alright. The functions such as text messaging during the conference come in handy. Video appears to function adequately. However, all this becomes inconsequential when I can't rely on the audio.
Cons
The audio keeps failing on me. Every time I use it, there are issues. Often, my microphone cuts out, requiring me to toggle the audio off and then on again. Sometimes, I have to do this multiple times within just 10 minutes because it keeps disconnecting. Today was the final straw: The audio suddenly dropped, and I lost all sound. I tried adjusting the audio settings, and after about five minutes, it finally resumed, but I ended up missing part of the meeting.

“Great for client conference calls”
Pros
The sound and screen sharing quality of Join.me are excellent. It's effortless to use, whether forwarding a customized URL or scheduling a web call.
Cons
If you start with the free version, their sales team is rather pushy and emails a little too much. However, it's all done with good intentions.

“Everyone's go-to video conferencing tool, but comes with standard difficulties.”
Pros
Most people are familiar with Join.me, so there's not much of a learning curve. It offers two joining options call or video and is easy to set up, record, and share.
Cons
Technical issues crop up from time to time, and the user experience isn't the most seamless. The price point is also a consideration.

“Before it went to a paid product this was hands down the best one out there.”
Pros
Join.Me simplifies connecting to someone's PC; even connecting them is Directly, with them only needing to visit a site and enter a code I provide.
Cons
When it transitioned to a paid service, it became something I could no longer use, but I would go back in a heartbeat if/when possible.

“Great software for remote conferences.”
Pros
Join.Me is similar to other products but boasts better design and slightly better performance. Transitioning from GoToMeeting was seamless, and our customers seem to prefer it. End-user downloads are simple.
Cons
Video chat can be choppy at times, and it gets worse with more attendees on the call. People seem to drop off and have to log back in.
