It's a bit frustrating to experience the recent sluggishness of the platform, especially when loading Projects and actions. I hope the customer success team takes note of this issue. It's not a major problem, but it does disrupt the workflow.

Pros

The new wall of joy module is something I really like. Being a team player, I enjoy engaging with other team members. It provides updates on new team members, birthdays and project updates. Also I find it easy to like updates, leave comments or send encouraging badges to others.

Cons

Recently, I discovered that it's not possible to edit or delete mistakenly submitted feedback. As someone who frequently provides feedback, I would like to have the ability to edit it.

Pros

Personally, I find the navigation on JOP to be user-friendly. As a new user, it feels intuitive. Although I haven't explored its full potential but managing OKRs and actions is quick and beneficial.

While it's not a significant drawback of the platform but I prefer software that has a more engaging and visually appealing UI and design. JOP feels slightly less captivating in this aspect.
