Pros
Getting started with the platform is easy. Also it does a good job of tracking progress and past performance. It even makes it easy to view the company's OKRs which helps align individual goals with them.
Cons
Only thing that's missing is the ability to carry forward or duplicate OKRs from the previous quarter. Right now every new quarter requires entering them again from scratch so having a copy or forward option would be really helpful.

I find the Insights section requires more mental effort than necessary to navigate. It would be more beneficial to have important insights presented prominently and highlighted, while categorizing the rest neatly as we scroll.
