It needs a certain level of discipline. Your colleagues need to input their tasks otherwise, it becomes more of a task source.

This is one of the best Kanban boards because it allows you to see a lot of information at once. You are not restricted to one project or set of tasks. You can truly look at the big picture of everything that relates to your daily work. even if those tasks come from different teams.

Creating a Workspace then a Project and then a Board was not very intuitive at the beginning. It would be beneficial if they included prebuilt templates to simplify the process.
