The speed is great and it is so simple to get the hang of. It also comes packed with every tool we could possibly need for managing projects.

Cons

I feel like the design could be a bit more modern, though I suspect the developers prioritized making the application as fast as possible.

Pros

Kendoo is an outstanding piece of project management software. You can set up projects using Gantt charts, Kanban boards or simple task lists and swapping between these views is effortless. Also there is a huge variety of reports available. Everything is logically arranged and user friendly, giving me a fast, clear snapshot of every project's status. Plus you can access it on a computer, phone or tablet and the support team is exceptionally friendly, responsive and always ready to help.

Cons

It would be helpful to have a wider selection of pre-built project templates and let me tell you that you will need a few days to get fully comfortable with the system.

This project management tool is excellent. It lets us handle projects through Gantt charts, Kanban boards or task lists and moving between these different views is seamless. The reporting features are extensive too and the whole system is well-structured and user-friendly, providing a quick and easy way to monitor all my projects. The customer support team is also great as they are always available, very pleasant and provide fast solutions.

Cons

There are not many downsides. You might encounter a minor bug occasionally but the support team is always quick to resolve them.

The workflow is very efficient, the interface is visually appealing and using it every day is a great experience.

Getting familiar with the layout takes a couple of days but once you have a little experience with the interface, it becomes very easy to use.

The installation and management are pretty simple for anyone with basic Windows Server skills. Navigating the user interface is clear and simple. It also offers a full suite of project modules that are easy to comprehend and use. You get a good, personalized overview of your projects right after you log in. The project dashboards are excellent too for getting a quick status update. The customization options using the Admin code tables are very powerful. The KM team provides the best support and feedback, resolving any problems I had quickly and effectively. Plus the MySQL database is efficient and simple to manage and performing manual backups is an easy, reliable process.

Cons

We had a small language format issue at the start where it did not recognize English AU date/time but the KM team fixed it quickly and though the Gantt charts work for their purpose but are pretty basic and sometimes do not look great when printed or saved as a PDF. The reporting feature could also be more flexible, allowing users to select more specific fields.

Pros

Kendo Manager developers were incredibly supportive during the setup. Also the software is highly functional and can be adapted to a wide range of different industries. The user interface is well-designed and responsive too.

Cons

The choices for licensing are a bit limited. So I think it would be great to add more modules in the future.

It is simple and pretty easy to use. I mean you dont need any special training or a manual to get started.

Honestly there is nothing we dislike. We don't use the cost management part so we just ignore that section.

This tool is extremely helpful and user friendly. Overall it's been a huge help in keeping my projects organized. We are running seven different projects at once and Kendo Manager makes it very easy to keep track of all of them.

There is one feature related to projects that we do not currently use. Plus having more project templates would be a useful future addition.

It is excellent software for public administration projects. The platform is also user-friendly and the pricing is very reasonable too.
