I appreciate the Insights feature as it allows me to monitor my portfolios performance which is crucial to me.

The visual aspect of the reporting could use some improvement Id prefer to see a reporting output similar to Power BI.

The comprehensive functionality compared to other solutions the ability to collaborate outside the organization and it serves as a true aggregated PPM solution.

Some parts of the system are not very intuitive which may pose challenges for occasional users. There are also disconnects between deliverables and milestones in the task plan leading to double data entry in some areas.

The absence of a customer portal is a drawback as it would be beneficial to provide customers with access to view the progress of their projects. Managing individual user access for a large number of customer installs through the system could be cumbersome.
