Kippy feels built around real user needs. It removes much of the friction and complexity that usually comes with similar platforms. It is also easy to use while still offering a full set of capabilities. The way it lets us assign weights to different objectives seems unique and smooth. Everything is on one page which makes navigation clearer and saves time. I also like having visuals like charts and color coding in one view so I can see the full picture without switching screens. Another major strength is the appraisal module which connects strategy and cascading objectives directly to individual performance evaluations. It even supports flexible setup options depending on the customization needed. On top of that, KPI MegaLibrary is a very useful companion resource. It offers a broad catalog of KPIs to reference when choosing the right ones. Plus it is valuable that it works with strategic planning consultancy partners who can be brought in to support strategy development and cascading.
Cons
Since it is a cloud based solution, it may not be the best fit for organizations that require everything to remain fully in-house.
