Having all the insights gathered in one place is really valuable. Also the entire team's KPIs are centralized and most importantly, the business reports are always available when I need them.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any complaints. It covers everything I need for my business and I haven't had any bad experiences with it.

It works really well for monitoring production performance and keeping track of results clearly.

Cons

The Thai translation still needs improvement because it does not seem very accurate.

One thing Kippy does really well is connect the company's strategy directly to department level KPIs and the real time executive dashboards keep everyone focused on the same shared objectives.

Cons

Getting everything set up at the beginning can take quite a bit of time especially if the organization doesn't already have a well defined strategic framework. The bulk setup also requires a lot of effort.

Pros

The practicality, power and range of artificial intelligence analysis are what I like about this software.

Cons

The software does not integrate the major strategic themes of the strategy into the objectives. Additionally, the Excel template provided for uploading information was not correctly updated in Kippy. Furthermore, I am unable to download my results information month after month for backup purposes.

The support from the company has been amazing and setting up KPIs for our team has been very easy than with other tools I've used. Plus it gives a clear visual link to each teams performance, makes strategic goals simple to monitor and works really well for tracking monthly and quarterly KPIs.

Cons

One thing I'd still like is the ability to print the visual view from Kippy in different formats so it can be shared around the company, along with better exporting to Excel.

What really works well here is how simple the software is. It does not feel overloaded or too complicated because it stays focused on capturing the results business owners actually need. The microapps also deserve credit. Staff often work out in the field and the simple mobile interface makes data entry much easier from their phones. Bravo!

Cons

Nothing negative to point out at the moment. My only suggestion is that the team should keep improving the software so it becomes even more user friendly for everyone.

Pros

Using Kippy is not a problem and it does a nice job of helping people connect while also making team management feel more organized. Overall it is simple to work with, supports better bonding and keeps coordinating teams manageable.

What I'd still want is more flexibility when changing graph shapes since the available options feel a bit limited.

Works really well for just about anyone, whether you are an individual user, a freelancer or running a company of any size. Also it is very user-friendly, fully functional and comes with reliable 24/7 support through chat, phone and email.

Cons

The only downside is that there is no iOS app yet so it cannot be used on an iPhone or iPad. Other than that everything else has been excellent.

It covers all the key areas we need and the platform is simple to use. In short everything works together in a fully integrated way which makes day to day tasks much more convenient.

A few areas could still be improved with some added enhancements although that has not had any real impact on overall performance.

Kippy feels built around real user needs. It removes much of the friction and complexity that usually comes with similar platforms. It is also easy to use while still offering a full set of capabilities. The way it lets us assign weights to different objectives seems unique and smooth. Everything is on one page which makes navigation clearer and saves time. I also like having visuals like charts and color coding in one view so I can see the full picture without switching screens. Another major strength is the appraisal module which connects strategy and cascading objectives directly to individual performance evaluations. It even supports flexible setup options depending on the customization needed. On top of that, KPI MegaLibrary is a very useful companion resource. It offers a broad catalog of KPIs to reference when choosing the right ones. Plus it is valuable that it works with strategic planning consultancy partners who can be brought in to support strategy development and cascading.

Cons

Since it is a cloud based solution, it may not be the best fit for organizations that require everything to remain fully in-house.
