“Great for non-coders
Pros
As someone without coding experience, I found this tool to be an excellent BPM platform for citizen developers. Its drag-and-drop features made building business workflows much easier for me when I lacked programming skills.
Cons
I noticed that customization options and third-party integrations are fairly restricted when I compare Kissflow to other BPM platforms on the market.

“complex workflows made manageable
Pros
I found that Kissflow's low-code/no-code approach lets me build fairly complex workflows without deep coding and I find those workflows simple to debug and update whenever needed.
Cons
In my experience it's customization options felt limited and I worry they won't cover the needs of very unique or highly specialized processes.

I find Kissflow user-friendly and noticeably easier to navigate than the other programs I used before and I've had very helpful support from their customer service team whenever I needed it.
Cons
At the moment I can't think of any negative complaints to raise about the product.
