“easy task sharing
Pros
I've found Kissflow makes sharing tasks absolutely easy and its clean, simple layout and easy task-sharing components have genuinely made my workflow and daily life much, much easier!
Cons
One thing I'd change is adding a brief, in-context instruction for when you add extra tasks you've already completed. I actually lost about an hour trying to figure out why nothing happened.. eventually I discovered I had to insert a new row and then click that newly added row before any options appeared so I could attach a file.

“Simple workflow design but pricing high
Pros
The workflow-design interface is really user-friendly, it feels like other drag-and-drop builders I've used. Because of its low-code model my nontechnical team can configure processes with very little developer help.
Cons
I find the pricing pretty steep... expenses grow quickly as we add users. Also from my perspective Kissflow can often feel restrictive when our team has more complex or specialized requirements.

“Great low-code approach
Pros
I've found this tool particularly impressive for its low-code/no-code workflow automation, since it lets me easily design and automate business processes without requiring deep technical expertise.
Cons
From my experience the mobile app works but feels like it could use a more simple interface and a richer set of features.

“Operates smoothly
Pros
This tool feels incredibly simple to use, especially compared to some of the more convoluted software I've tried. I really appreciate that once you start entering data, everything is pretty much self-explanatory.
Cons
At the time whats bothering me is not getting any notifications when something gets approved. I end up having to check the system several times during the day to see if approvals have gone through.

“User-friendly and organizes well
Pros
What I like about Kissflow is that it's incredibly user-friendly and lets me build customizable workflows for my company. It keeps me organized and helps me stay on top of communications with both clients and team members and since no coding is required I can make our processes look professional without fuss. The biggest plus is that it saves me a lot of time.
Cons
I do wish the platform offered more customization options to spark creativity while still reducing manual tasks. That change would help me and my team concentrate on the bigger strategic goals without sacrificing a polished, professional appearance for our processes and outputs.

“No coding needed!
Pros
Since I had very limited coding experience I appreciated that the app required no coding at all which made getting started a lot easier for me. It was simple and quick to pick up and I found the interface clean and simple to navigate.
Cons
Unfortunately the program would sometimes crash or take ages to load which disrupted my workflow and made tasks more frustrating. I also found the customization options fairly limited so I often had to rely on other tools to finish certain parts of my work.

“A simple drag-and-drop savior for non-coders like me
Pros
As someone without coding skills I relied on Kissflow primarily for managing projects because it offers a simple drag-and-drop process builder.
Cons
I think the subscription feels somewhat expensive and the platform's no-code approach can prevent me from making deep customizations.

“no-code functionality is a plus
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about this tool is that when I'm doing any kind of development I don't have to write actual code since it supports no-code functionality and that's what I like most about it.
Cons
However I discovered it's not truly free I have to pay to unlock more advanced functionality which is disappointing.

“accessible automation via drag-and-drop
Pros
For me I love that Kissflow focuses on no-code workflow automation I can actually set up and oversee processes without being technical using a simple drag-and-drop canvas that makes building and maintaining workflows simple.
Cons
I do find its customization options a bit limited although it provides no-code and low-code tools.. when I want deeper, more technical tweaks the platform feels more restrictive than some advanced alternatives.
