Pros

I have been using Lexor for more than a year now and it has served me well. The softwares project management capabilities are also ok. Customer support is also ok but not great.

Cons

There are quite a few things which I do not like about this product. Such as the customization options are quite limited. Also there are times when we fail to get the assistance from the support team.
