“Covers all your planning & execution needs

Pros

I really like how the Protected Flow Manufacturing (PFM) module lets me give some tasks higher priority than others. It helps me manage our production schedule way better, so we deliver on time more often and cut down on wait times.

Cons

Setting this up was pretty expensive. Installing a new production program costs a lot. The maintenance costs are high too and I'm hoping updates won't be as pricey as the initial install. I'd also like to see more improvements down the line.

Well this software mainly caters better to small or medium-sized units and I feel like it may not be suitable for larger organizations.

Honestly, this is the best shop floor scheduling software I've come across. It just works great for what we need.

The cost is high and sometimes the UI gets confusing for me.

I've seen this software boost ROI for small to medium manufacturers like us by cutting down worker downtime. It makes resources work more efficiently which means we get more done and spend less.

It's not really a dislike but learning how to use this software efficiently is a bit challenging. It takes time and dedication to figure it out yourself and then train the team. Still, it's totally worth it!

For me, the main things this tool handles well are capacity planning and managing work in progress (WIP). Those features really stand out.

Cons

It's not easy to integrate with SAP ERP since there's no native API available.

From what I've seen, it really helps our client keep inventory and shipping info accurate and up to date. That's a big relief.

Honestly, I don't have much to say that we disliked. Our client was really happy after we implemented it and during the 3- and 6-month check-ins.

I find it very user-friendly and really simple to work with. There's no need for a long training session which is awesome.

The graphics feel a little old-fashioned but that doesn't affect how well the software performs.

This tool gives me a clear picture of the whole manufacturing progress. It shows different stages of product manufacturing, so I can plan jobs better.

It doesn't integrate well with our other systems. It would be great if it connected with our billing system so we could better manage high-profit jobs.

It does its job well and is functional. Before using it, my team and I relied on spreadsheets and word docs, so this keeps us much more organized.

Even though this tool is helpful and I like it, it did take me some time to get used to. I think it's challenging but overall, I'm happy with it.
