“Tasks vanish from dashboard”

Honestly, there's nothing positive I can point to here. Any task I create in the planner disappears from the dashboard after a few minutes.

Keeping track of the time I spend across parallel projects helps a lot when I need to calculate everything accurately.

Cons

Nothing has really bothered me about it. The only thing I'd like is more choice when it comes to wallpapers or color options.

“Keeps everything aligned”

Pros

The syncing between the mobile and web app has been one of the biggest strengths. Everything stays aligned and I never run into duplicated timers which makes it really dependable when I need to track time from different devices. It also covers almost everything I need as a solo user to organize my work through time tracking. Getting started with a timer is very simple too. If projects are set up in a sensible way, I can begin tracking in about 10 seconds. The interface is clean and understandable on both the web and mobile versions and the weekly dashboard gives a very helpful overview of how my time is being spent. The reporting tools are another strong point. Each week I generate a report that helps me plan better and the pie chart makes it very clear which areas I'm spending time on productively and which ones need improvement. I also really appreciate the project and phase structure, it's simple but it works well. Another plus is that the free version is very generous and doesn't feel overly limited. There are already plenty of features included and I'd seriously think about upgrading later if I start using it with a team. On top of that, support has been excellent: the team replies quickly, thoroughly and always in a helpful and friendly way.

Cons

I'm still missing a feature that shows the exact hours during which I was working on specific tasks, not just the tracked time itself. That said, Stefania from Timeneye mentioned that this is already being worked on which is really encouraging. The mobile app performs very well overall but the web app can occasionally lag a little. It doesn't happen often so it hasn't been a major issue.

“Great for running my solo business”

Pros

Running my solo business with this has been really convenient. I can set up as many projects and clients as I want, then start the timer whenever I begin a task and tag it with the right client and project. It also lets me add notes and use colors which helps keep everything organized. I use both the Chrome extension and the web app and both work really well. On top of that, there are several reporting options when I want to check how my time is being spent. Considering I get all of this for free, it's been a very solid option.

The free plan already covers everything I need so honestly I don't really have anything to complain about ,)

“Integrates nicely with ASANA”

Pros

it integrates well with ASANA. I don't need to set up projects one by one which saves a lot of time. I spend about 90% of my time in the Dashboard and the recommendations really help speed things up. The time entry process is decent and works well enough.

Cons

There are times when a proper macOS desktop app or widget would be really useful. That would probably make time entry more accurate for me. I'd also love a bit more flexibility when it comes to editing and customizing reports.

Keeping tabs on my daily activities with it has been really simple and it matches exactly what I need. I use it to monitor my own work and get a clear view of how my time is divided across different tasks.

A desktop app would be a nice addition though honestly it is not a major issue for me.

It feels refreshing because its simplicity and elegant design really stand out. It's genuinely a pleasure to work with.

I'd definitely welcome more integrations in the future though it doesn't take away from the overall experience for me.

Logging hours across my projects is pretty simple and the detailed reports make it easy to see where my time is going.

It would be even better if I could go back and edit time logs after they've already been entered.

“Affordable fit for freelancers”

Pros

Adding this to our time management setup has worked out really well. We manage a group of freelance blog writers and developers and it lets us keep them separate from our regular employees which is exactly what we needed. A big reason we decided to move forward with it was how affordable it is.

Cons

There's honestly not much to complain about. Given how inexpensive it is, it's hard to find anything to dislike. It handles exactly what we need it to do and the pricing makes it even better.
