“excellent job assignment with a knowledge base
Pros
I really like how it combines assigning and managing jobs with a central knowledge base to keep quality and process consistent. The job assignment and progress monitoring features are also excellent.
Cons
Timeline view alignment with the project grids is something we need and I'm told it's coming soon.

“strong job tracking
Pros
The job tracking, assigning specific people to duties and showing due dates has been a powerful method for client leads to monitor all their projects and team members. It's also handy for client meetings as everyone can see what's finished and what's still pending.
Cons
Some of us would like the option to assign two people to a job, since sometimes more than one person is accountable. When building annual plans, the team thought it would be helpful if duplicating a grid also copied over the assigned people, so we wouldn't have to re-assign everyone each time

“functional for quality systems
Pros
We mainly use it for knowledge management as our quality system and it does the job. It's simple to operate and well-supported.
Cons
Not having an Undo button can be a problem so you need to be certain before you delete anything.

“smooth and responsive
Pros
I love how simple it is and moving all our task management over from our old provider was very smooth. It's also been fantastic to give suggestions to the team because they act on feedback immediately! We've moved everything from our last system and more, including client management, bringing new clients and staff on board and other things we didn't even know we needed.
Cons
A few functions like assigning multiple people to jobs or sections can be tricky. The way we used to work this was a great help for shared ownership but I understand it's being developed.

“top system mapping
Pros
Its the top software I've found for mapping out and recording systems and procedures. It's logical to get started quickly but packed with features for detailed project management. They also seem to add new functions often. You can personalize it with your company logo and colors.
Cons
I had trouble figuring out how to work with my team and discovered I needed the paid plan for that. After I contacted support they sorted it out quickly.

“grid view clear and flexible
Pros
I'm really liking the grid view. I can list process steps across the top for each region I handle and standard stages down the side. This is very clear for my remote assistants as they keep a familiar workflow while focusing on a region that needs help. The option to add multiple items in one cell allows for different scenarios and adaptable processes.
Cons
Haven't really run into any major sticking points yet. Everyone appears to like what they've seen so far.

“meets basic free needs
Pros
We had very simple needs for sharing key info within a small team. This gave us what we required without a purchase and there are paid features that might be useful later. For now this works perfectly.
Cons
I'm only on the free plan. The premium tools look really useful but I can't validate the expense for our current basic needs.

It's a sensible platform we've found many uses for. The team is excellent, full of enthusiasm to see the platform used in diverse ways and keen to develop helpful new tools to expand what it can do.
Cons
It can take a little time to get accustomed to the workflow or to design how the platform can address a specific problem in your company. However the right internal person or a fast chat with their team can usually guide you.

“clear team overview
Pros
A simple and clear way to see every project each team member is handling. The platform keeps things simple and visually pleasant. I like that you can add links to components. It's also nice that you can type comments and tag other users in your group if something needs their attention.
Cons
No way to zoom the main board in and out to view everyone's projects at once. At least I couldn't find such a feature even in full-screen mode. It could use more personalization options like choosing colors for each grid and task. I also feel limited as a regular user in terms of control and customization.

Cons
Nothing. The only note I'd make is that the software is still evolving quickly but this is actually a good thing.. new features are always being added. There isn't anything I like least.
