“smooth setup and integration”
Pros
Getting Mission Control up and running was pretty easy. the setup process was clear. And connecting it with our existing tools turned out to be just as hassle-free as everything integrated smoothly without any complex configuration or unexpected delays. It felt like the platform was designed to fit right into our workflow from day one.
Cons
Honestly I haven't noticed anything I dislike about it.

“clean UI with clear job tracking”
Pros
Keeping track of job progress is not a issue and the current project status is always clearly visible. Also the interface is clean, looks polished and is simple to navigate.
Cons
One problem with it is that the customization options are fairly limited. Another concern is that a licensed user can access every project since there are no access control settings.

“flexible views and helpful support”
Pros
Mission Control gave our processes more structure while still working with different project management styles. Also the team really values the variety of views from Gantt charts to lists and Kanban boards. Our sales and operations leaders are also benefiting from having data for the first time to help guide business decisions. Since we do not have an in-house IT team to handle changes, maintenance or troubleshooting, we've had to learn as we go. But thankfully, trusted partners like the Mission Control support team have made that much easier. Their fast replies, clear explanations in plain language and face to face sessions have helped our admins become almost completely self-sufficient.
Cons
Because it is built on Salesforce it doesn't have the polished look and feel you get with some other project management platforms. That created a change management challenge for us at the beginning. And we are still trying to find more ways to use automation and cut down on the number of clicks needed. It also includes a couple of tools for resource capacity planning but the volume of records we create can slow them down significantly or make them unusable.

“powerful project control”
Pros
Using it completely changed the way we handle project management in Salesforce. It supported everything from detailed planning and resource allocation to invoicing, while also helping us streamline our processes and improve collaboration across the team.
Cons
One recurring challenge is building intelligent reports which still takes quite a bit of work. Every custom report can be time consuming to set up and it sometimes requires help from IT or the product support team.

“salesforce integration done right”
Pros
It fit well into our Salesforce setup and gave us one unified view of our data. And it solved the siloed system issues we had before and gives us much more complete business analysis. Even without a formal tech background, I was able to implement Mission Control on my own without outside help. Also the platform is flexible enough to adapt to our specific needs and that level of customization was a big reason we chose it. Their resources are excellent too and the support team has been responsive, helpful and instrumental in helping me roll out the initial set of features on time. I really can't say enough about how strong their support team is.
Cons
I do not really have any complaints. The software is reasonably priced and there's clearly a strong team behind it. Any constructive feedback I do have is regularly collected by my account manager, who checks in consistently.

“responsive support every time”
Pros
One of the best parts of using it has been the technical support and customer service. As any time we have needed help, the response has been quick and the people assisting us have clearly known what they were doing. They're able to pinpoint the issue fast and guide us to the right solution without wasting time.
Cons
The only concern is that there is not enough information shared about regular updates so it is hard to tell how those changes might affect our organization.

“flexible time tracking tools”
Pros
Mission Control gives us a full set of tools to manage projects and connect them with the custom objects we use for invoicing. Our biggest need is comparing projected hours against actual hours so time reporting is a major part of how we use the platform. Nobody really enjoys entering time but this one offers enough flexibility to make that process as painless as possible, while also making it simple to monitor and report on time across every level.
Cons
Project setup has taken a while for us and has been very manual. The object structure from projects down to logged hours goes four levels deep which adds flexibility but also brings a fair amount of complexity. We know there are templates and other tools available that could help streamline this but up to now getting projects configured has definitely been one of the pain points we still want to improve.

“good support but laggy workflow”
Pros
One area where it really delivers is customer support. Their team responds quickly, looks into issues thoroughly instead of giving generic answers and makes sure you're actually satisfied with the solution they provide.
Cons
There still is not enough control over the Project Overview page and tabs and you cannot use Salesforce Lightning Pages to customize things. Also performance is slow in the Scheduler and Gantt chart for a company our size. The Gantt chart is especially sensitive and freezes often. Plus there are Save buttons everywhere which makes it confusing to know which actions need to be saved and where to click. The screen layout does not feel well thought out either as popups can get partially hidden and too much scrolling causes buttons to disappear off screen. Our company has between 1 and 500 employees and it seems to struggle with handling all the information on a page like Actions on the timesheet. Timesheets are also too easy to mess up and too hard to fix afterward. As per me that whole page really needs a redesign so Actions are closer to the hours, easier to read and better planned out.

“organized window management”
Pros
It has been most useful for how effortlessly it handles and arranges multiple windows which helps keep my workflow organized and a lot more efficient.
Cons
The only thing that bothers me is that it can sometimes become unresponsive or glitchy which interrupts the workflow. I feel like there should be proper regression testing before anything is released to production so updates do not introduce new bugs or hurt the user experience.

“helpful tracking but missing text filters”
Pros
Keeping up with my work is easier with this software because it helps me track tasks and reminds me when deadlines are coming up.
Cons
One thing I use constantly is the text field and it would be much better if it had a filter option so I could remove unwanted information from it.

“Remote collaboration done right”
Pros
Working with Mission Control Software has made it much easier for our team to collaborate, share project files and stay in touch even when people are spread across different locations. That really helps keep everyone aligned and moving toward the same goals. It has also improved productivity because collaboration feels much more connected and organized. Another big plus is the central place it provides for tracking project progress and spotting delays or roadblocks. Managers can react quickly when something comes up which helps keep projects on schedule. On top of that the software lets teams build customized workflows, automate repetitive tasks and handle more complex projects with less manual effort. And since it is web based we can access it from anywhere which is especially useful for remote work and distributed teams.
Cons
There is not much I dislike about it but one drawback is that it can feel complex and may require a fair amount of training to use properly. New users especially beginners may have a hard time getting comfortable with it at first. For teams with limited technical knowledge, that learning curve could make adoption more difficult.

“Quite an easy tool to use”
Pros
From the very beginning, my input played a big role in the selection process and I really valued the support in showing us how Mission Control could help us work more efficiently while keeping everything connected to Salesforce data. It is especially useful for managing project deliverables, timelines and staff allocation. We have also appreciated being able to set our own budgets and having the option to commit to long-term contracts.
Cons
There was a learning curve at first mainly because some features can be accessed from more than one place in the system. A few formulas especially the P&L-related ones can also be confusing for everyday users since so much of the data is interconnected. That said we did not run into many limitations overall, aside from small things like not being able to default a column in the Expenses section to checked.

“Has a very responsive support”
Pros
One thing that keeps me happy is how actively the product keeps improving and how closely the team listens to customer feedback. Their support has been consistently amazing and they are always willing to go the extra mile to improve the software and make sure we are satisfied. Also it is a very user-friendly project management system. The Gantt chart is especially clear and simple to work with and adjusting deadlines is very flexible which makes planning much easier. I am also excited about their newest release with the retrospective board as it will help us review lessons learned after wrapping up a project.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints. Even though it's a managed package, we still get the flexibility to add fields when needed. On top of that any bugs are addressed right away.

Pros
The Gantt chart and the overview tab are the highlights for me. Having everything built on the Salesforce platform is also a big plus since it serves as our single source of truth across the business.

“powerful project planning toolkit”
Pros
Getting started was pretty easy since it runs natively on the Salesforce platform. Creating Projects, Milestones and Actions is simple and assigning the right resources is just as manageable. The Timesheet feature is excellent too for keeping on top of team management. Whiteboard helps make project tasks much easier to organize, while Meeting Manager works really well for recurring meetings and handling agendas. Program Planner is also very useful for building roadmaps and the flexibility to create some of our own functionality around Mission Control has been a big plus.
Cons
One addition that would make it even better would be an overall project screen showing all projects in one place, with expandable sections for Milestones and Actions under each project to support broader project discussions.
