Simplifies complex topics well

Pros

The software is easy to use and is very user friendly. Plus it manages to cover a complex subject without adding any unnecessary complexity on the software side.

Cons

I am already at the point of thinking about very small details and that says a lot. I really don't want to go looking for flaws where there basically aren't any.

Moco - a useful tool for a good price

Pros

As my go-to tool for agency management, MOCO Agentursoftware has proven to be a reliable and powerful software. What I love the most about MOCO is its comprehensive set of features. It allows me to easily handle project management, time tracking, invoicing and collaboration with my team members, all within a centralized platform.

Cons

However, the user interface of MOCO can be overwhelming and complex for new users, which is something I personally don't like. It takes time to become familiar with the interface and learn how to effectively utilize all the features.

versatile with great time tracking

Pros

Time tracking works really well and there are different project based billing options available. The invoice design is good too and the software offers a huge range of features overall. Plus it is a very capable all round solution that keeps improving through continuous development.

Cons

The invoice customization options are somewhat limited but they are still sufficient for what's needed.

Great value and quality

Pros

Between the pricing, the feature set, the support and the fact that it's made in Switzerland, this software really checks all the boxes for me.

Cons

For now, I honestly cannot point to anything I dislike. They keep rolling out new features so it feels like the product is constantly improving.

Fun chats with games

Pros

Chatting with friends and relatives on this platform is really enjoyable especially with the different games available. And it makes the whole app entertaining to use and keeps interactions lively at the same time.

Cons

Honestly most of the features in the app are wonderful and well done so I'd say keep up the good work. The only thing I'd suggest is reducing the app size on the Google Play Store so it's quicker to download and install.

excellent UI, nothing is missing

Pros

The UI/UX is excellent and despite the learning curve, the software stays user friendly once you get going. And it is not trying to be an all in one tool for absolutely everything which actually works in its favor. You end up using about 95% of the features and it never feels like anything important is missing.

Cons

I cannot really point to any downsides. It's agency software that covers almost everything you'd need and if a question does come up, support responds within minutes.

Simplest agency software after 25y

Pros

After more than 25 years of using all kinds of agency software, MOCO is by far the simplest one to work with. It stays focused on what really matters and that's exactly what it does well. To me it feels like a real alternative to unnecessary complexity, while still including everything that's actually needed.

Cons

It would be nice to have a few more integration options. The iOS version also still needs quite a bit of improvement.

easy start and fast support

Pros

Getting started with MOCO Software was very easy thanks to its user friendly handling and clear, well-organized structure. The onboarding phase was short too, sending documents by email works directly from the software and customer support is quick, helpful and easy to reach without leaving the system.

Cons

Up to this point, I haven't noticed any disadvantages.

Clear UI, helpful support

Pros

The interface is clear and simple to use so getting started does not take much training. Also the price is affordable and the support team is responsive and actually helpful when needed.

Cons

Only thing I noticed is that there is not much flexibility when it comes to customizing offers.

outstanding interface for daily work

Pros

Its interface is outstanding. So it is very easy to use, runs perfectly on my tablet while I am on the go and gives me access to all projects, quotes, information and everything else I need at any time. That means I can react immediately when something urgent comes up. Also the time tracking is excellent especially when billing based on actual jobs. I create invoices with the attached job list and send them directly from MOCO and honestly, it hardly gets more convenient than that. Plus I get helpful email reminders when invoices are overdue or when it's time to make acquisition calls.

Cons

One thing I would still like is the option to add more attachments when sending invoices directly from the system. I asked support through the chat and they said it is already being worked on. So I really cannot say anything negative because the people behind it clearly care about the product and put real enthusiasm into improving it.

Strong support, transparent planning

Pros

Really love the excellent documentation and support. Time tracking works really well too for example together with Asana. Creating quotes and managing the sales pipeline is very practical and billing extra services like hosting or licenses is handled nicely too. Plus it gives a lot of transparency, a clear overview and helps a lot with planning. Also a plus that it's a European company.

Cons

A few features are a bit hard to understand at first but once you locate them, everything runs fine. And unfortunately it still is not really usable on a mobile phone. The search function could also be better. Plus I would also appreciate it if German VAT could be handled directly.

project management that finally fits

Pros

This is the first agency software that truly covers what we need. Project management is clearly at the core and getting started was simple so we were productive very quickly. And the product keeps improving steadily but only with features that actually make sense. On top of that the chat support built right into the software is outstanding.

Cons

After two years of using it, we still have not run into any real issues. If anything, it's been the opposite as we keep being surprised by how well it handles even more complex tasks like billing across different countries and currencies or adjusting VAT requirements.

Pros

Even with a topic as complex as agency software, the user guidance is remarkably easy and simple to follow.

Cons

At the beginning the Reports section didn't quite cover everything we needed although it's currently evolving and we are liking it more and more. We had a similar impression of the resource planning which still does not fully match our needs 100%.

Fast workflow, outstanding API

Pros

Getting started with MOCO takes almost no time because it's quick to use and keeps everything simple. Also the features are well thought out and focused on what really matters which makes the whole system feel very user friendly. The open API is a real highlight for me. I mean I honestly don't know any other agency software that offers such a comprehensive and perfectly documented interface for free.

Cons

As per me there is still some room for improvement in the accounting and finance area.
