Navigating this project management software as a first-timer has been surprisingly easy. It's fantastic to have a centralized place for collaborating with my team and accessing everything we need for our current project.

Cons

I feel like I need some training to fully utilize its capabilities. It seems to offer more than what I can figure out on my own.

There is not much I dislike. Whenever there's an issue, the team promptly updates the software. Most issues are minor compared to other software.

There is a learning curve for some users. The Discussion tab can become cluttered with cross-conversations, and it would be nice to filter out conversations I am not tagged in.

Notifications are lacking. Despite turning on email notifications, I did not receive any updates until I downloaded the iPhone app. It's frustrating needing a separate app for desktop use.

My biggest gripe about this app is the lack of a whiteboard feature. Not having the ability to sketch out ideas and concepts is a major downside for me.
