“Well-designed software

Pros

I find the interface pleasant and easy to use, and it's adapted to our business.

Cons

My accountant doesn't want to use the software for invoicing. I can't change the fiscal year start date. It's difficult for me to manage cases already in progress and to have a clear vision of what is finished. Ensuring that all users are diligent in entering their data is challenging. I believe general training would be beneficial.

Pros

It fits perfectly with our business and the management of an agency from A to Z.

Cons

At first, I felt a little lost in navigation, but over the course of the updates, I've seen big improvements that have made it more intuitive.

“Use after three months

Pros

I think it has very good usability. It's much easier to use than other solutions I've used in the past. Users, including myself, have visibility into their own work; it's not limited to admins.

Cons

The interface is a bit odd for me, but that's not very important. The software does a lot, and I could want it to do even more and become a central tool, extending to project management, sharing, and dissemination of information.

Pros

OOTI is very user-friendly. For me, the display is easy to understand, and I can change my operating language as well. I like the visualization and the blog, which helps me and my colleagues communicate on our project progress.

Cons

I don't like that I can't add new projects to my timesheet myself. It's not clear to me when I have submitted my timesheet or not, and I have trouble knowing whether my time has been validated. I wish I received a notification to alert me to this.

Pros

It is easy to use and also intuitive enough for me.

Cons

I think it would be nice to integrate the working hours spent on a project in the calendar, so I could have a general view of them.

Pros

My favorite thing about OOTI is having all projects in one place, allowing me to manage their schedule, progress, time spent, and invoicing easily.

Cons

Sometimes I experience slowness and some bugs with OOTI, but these are quickly corrected with the hotline.

Accessibility on the mobile is complicated for me; there is not everything I need, so the application needs a review.

This software is good for tracking time and staying organized. It provides a platform for sharing information for international companies and has good aesthetics.

I feel it doesn't really take into account hours worked outside of the fixed limit, and the interface changes every now and then.
