Pros

I value the invoicing tracking and the integration of people's time management, invoicing, and business tracking into a single "tool" with phased project management.

Cons

Handling the more advanced functions is not the most intuitive for me, especially when it comes to planning and types of invoicing. I find there is a lack of step-by-step tutorials. The Ooti smartphone application is incomplete and therefore not very useful for us.

Pros

I consider it more practical for processing at the administrative level than an Excel file, and it's also more visual. The interface remains quite clear to me.

Cons

The software feels too limited for my needs. It's not designed for weekly work, so I'm forced to divide tasks by day, even though I need a more global and less precise approach. The hours validation system is impractical, I can only make changes before validation, and I can't devalidate to modify. I'm forced to delete and re-enter hours if I make mistakes. Also, the windows for entering hours hide the underlying information, preventing me from checking if I exceed the daily hours compared to what I've already entered. Doing everything one by one (per project, per day) wastes a lot of time, especially when managing several projects per week. Compared to the Excel table we used previously, which listed projects by line and hours by week, this system is cumbersome and time-consuming. Bugs also occur: when I enter new hours, the previously entered ones are set by default, which is not practical.

The dashboard is relatively clear, but I perceive the ergonomics to be very average. Entering TIME data is tedious for me.

Cons

The ergonomics are quite weak in my opinion and need significant improvement to make the graphical information more explicit. There is also a lack of time tracking per person and per project, which is absolutely necessary for me to manage the teams effectively.

I regard the presentation of information as visually clear and pleasing. The navigation is intuitive, which allows me to learn the logic to follow and where to find the information. I can try it out with step-by-step guidance and go back if I make a mistake. It's possible for me to ask questions and get help by email or find an answer by typing a question.

Cons

There is no model for invoicing with subcontractors.

Pros

I consider it instinctive and easy to use with a pleasant platform design.

Cons

Using the software via Safari often leads to bugs. The home page is unclear and static (I can't remove comments, for example). It doesn't support my employment contract with the agency: being in AFPR initially prevented me from entering data, and the agency's secretary general had to list me as on a counterwork when I wasn't yet.

Pros

I benefit from having a single management platform and the quick exchanges with developers.

Cons

I struggle with adapting it to all my needs. There is not enough room for adaptability and customization. I see software like this as an integral part of a company's identity, and for that, it needs to be more open to personalization. The calculation of time spent is problematic, I would prefer to eliminate the cumbersome process of checking hours spent and find a simpler system to automate hour insertion, perhaps linking with iCal or Google. Improving inter-software communication, especially with platforms all agencies use like .doc and .xls, is crucial. The dispersion of data across other platforms remains a weakness, and Ooti should be a complete and global agency management platform.

Pros

I cherish the synthetic mink and find it easier for financial monitoring. Time accounting and cross-analysis with efficient productivity work well if users play the game. Automation of certain very useful tasks, such as customer and company contact details, is beneficial for me.

Cons

It is difficult to write texts in the proposal templates. The layout possibilities are quite poor graphically, and there are limited options. There's also a missing contract tab to automate drafting according to projects. Proposal templates are too complex and not intuitive enough. However, some bugs were quickly fixed thanks to the team's responsiveness!

Pros

I like the billing tracking. However, I face difficulty in implementation and experimentation since the system is only optimal when all the steps are validated upstream (phases completed, fees, progress, production, etc.). There are a lot of actions needed to replace the existing system, which is certainly not ideal but faster for me to use at the moment.

Cons

I've noticed that the strong point of the "global" system is also its weak point in its implementation, as it tries to replace various pre-existing solutions.

Pros

Overview of schedules, reports, and billing tracking is just amazing.

Cons

When it comes to invoicing, parameters like the amount of down payments paid, VAT item, and delivery address are missing, as are options for new activities like the sale of goods. Time entry and validation are time-consuming for me. Configuring user rights is also challenging. The cost of licenses is the same for members and administrators, even though administrators are almost read-only.
