It fits perfectly with our business and the management of an agency from A to Z.

Cons

At first, I felt a little lost in navigation, but over the course of the updates, I've seen big improvements that have made it more intuitive.

Well-designed software

Pros

I find the interface pleasant and easy to use, and it's adapted to our business.

Cons

My accountant doesn't want to use the software for invoicing. I can't change the fiscal year start date. It's difficult for me to manage cases already in progress and to have a clear vision of what is finished. Ensuring that all users are diligent in entering their data is challenging. I believe general training would be beneficial.

The software has many functions which is great, Correspondence between working time and fees, editing invoices, management of leave, additional work, expense reports, and benefiting from a forecast over several months/years.

Cons

There's not much to complain about, but I wish for better visualization of the weekly or monthly work schedule where I could add notes (appointments, deadlines, phone calls, etc.) and visualize projects by color and deadline (like project renderings, for example).
