“The most complete solution out there to manage everything

Pros

This tool is incredibly powerful and has almost everything I need to manage my company, projects and clients. It covers a wide range of features, including conferencing tools, a calendar, deadlines, projects, and attachments within tasks or projects. It's exceptionally useful for large projects or tasks with many details, ensuring nothing gets overlooked.

Cons

When tasks or cards contain extensive information and comments, the system mostly slow down. Additionally, deadlines for subtasks within other tasks don't appear in the calendar which poses a minor issue for us.

Pros

The customization feature sets Ora apart as one of the best in the industry.

Cons

Having used several other tool, I have not encountered any issues with this product.

Pros

As the number of projects keeps growing, we desperately need an upgrade to our thinking and problem-solving skills. That is where Ora, the Swiss Army knife of project management techniques, comes in.

Cons

I have been using Ora both at work and for personal use, and I haven't encountered any cons yet. I am curious to know if it offers any additional advantages over other project management software.

“Long Time User!

Pros

I have been using Ora since 2018 and have tried almost every project management tool available. Ora's pricing, features and customization options are the best, without a doubt.

Cons

While the Ora developers have done an excellent job with stable and robust features for web and desktop, the mobile applications are lacking the most. Two-way calendar synchronization with Outlook and the ability to block time are areas where Ora falls short.

“An Overlooked Diamond

Pros

I am really impressed by the amount of features Ora offers. From chat and project/task management to powerful automations and time tracking it has it all. The column actions in the kanban view and the ability to add tasks via email have significantly streamlined our processes and saved us a lot of time.

Cons

Some feature requests have been in the "requested" or "planned" column for an extended period. Ora does release updates regularly, so it's by no means abandoned software. However it seems they prioritize the most impactful or highly requested features first rather than the ones I personally desire.

“Good, but could be great

Pros

It is easy to use and you do not have to go through tutorial videos to learn about it. Setting up projects and creating/assigning tasks is quick and straightforward. The scheduling feature has been incredibly useful recently.

Cons

The chat functionality in Ora is unreliable. Although we were eager to transition our companys chat to Ora, we often don't receive notifications and the Huddles feature is even less dependable. Whenever we attempted a Huddle, we couldn't get everyone to see or hear each other. There was always someone experiencing difficulties.

“Excellent!

Pros

The clear dashboard and the ability to create our own templates are standout features of Ora.

Cons

I believe it's primarily designed for IT businesses. We miss a feature that allows us to separately administer hours and share it with our clients. Furthermore, the absence of printing capability is another limitation.

Its user-friendly and affordable as compared to other systems.

It would be great if Ora could connect with Office 365 in the future.

I like the ability to easily slide tasks or items into different columns and customize what happens when completed items are checked.

Cons

When a column becomes overly populated, scrolling across the screen to view columns that aren't visible becomes more difficult. However, we learned to appropriately subdivide everything which makes it much easier.

“My Life with Ora

Pros

I rely on Ora every day because it's more suitable and feature rich than any personal planning application I have come across in the past. It is not just a tool for managing daily activities, it is a full fledged, enterprise-ready project management application that can handle it all, which sets it apart from most other major players.

Cons

What bothered me about Ora was my own indecisiveness when choosing a template for a new project. However I question whether this is truly Oras issue or simply a personal trait of mine.

Pros

Creating projects and transforming them into subtasks is easy and straightforward. The ability to mark tasks as complete and share them with team members is highly useful.

Cons

Initially, it took me some time to become familiar with moving items between charts and folders but now it is not confusing at all.

“The best project management, collaboration, and communication app!

Pros

I love the flexibility of customizing the layout and the easy access to various parts of the app, such as group chat, task creation and assignment, time tracking, scheduling and reporting. It is like having Zoom, Band Camp, Trello, Slack, Monday and other tools all combined into one powerful app.

Cons

The commitment to adding invoicing functionality hasn't been fulfilled yet.

“Ora is my favorite task management tool

Pros

Ora offers numerous features that allow me to organize my task lists in a way that makes sense to me and the automated functions save time and effort.

Cons

Ora is primarily designed for larger teams to coordinate and collaborate on extensive tasks. I use it for a very small team, so adapting it to our smaller operation requires some thought. Nevertheless we have managed to make it work exceptionally well, even with just one or two people instead of a larger team.

“Underdeveloped but with great potential

Pros

It is an affordable task management system with a wide range of fantastic features.

Cons

The software feels underdeveloped and suffers from bugs. The prioritization of new features over ensuring basic functionality is concerning. Fundamental improvements are necessary to instill confidence in businesses and organizations. Additionally, frequent layout changes cause confusion with each update.

“Ora is great App overall

Pros

The task manager is fantastic. I easily stay on top of what needs to be done and when. What drew me to Ora was the time tracker and reporting system. The interface is excellent. I'm thrilled with the updated calendar view, which allows me to schedule tasks just like a regular calendar.

Cons

I find the ability to apply templates not as intuitive or user friendly. It solely relies on the internet, lacking offline options which means constant internet connectivity is necessary. The process of taking notes and creating memos such as meeting minutes is not as simple as I would like. Moreover, I couldn't figure out a way to create a hierarchical structure of information that can be viewed by different individuals based on my limited knowledge of the software.

Pros

Ora is amazing for managing tasks in our small business. We can track multiple clients and various projects across each of them. We base our pay on the time tracking feature provided.

Cons

I genuinely enjoy using Ora and I don't have any negative feedback to share.

Pros

The sidebar is customizable, the interface looks decent and there's a dark mode option.

Cons

The navigation can be confusing at times, with some options hidden, and there are occasional awkward experiences when rearranging items. Inputting time can also be frustrating.

The things I love about Ora is that it is incredibly intuitive and highly organized.

Cons

The layout was a bit confusing initially but I quickly got used to it and now it's really nice.

Pros

I can organize projects, set goals and receive reminders. Ora helps me track progress and document every step, including completed tasks. I can always go back and review my notes.

Cons

The lack of flexibility is noticeable. It would be beneficial if the app could integrate with iCal or Google Calendar and provide notifications as reminders.

“A nice project management platform with an entire communication hub inside.

Pros

With just one click, I can make video calls or record audio from any task. Annotations on files or videos are incredibly useful, especially for marketing, web design, graphic design and other work that requires client feedback on specific sections. I also love the colors and design of the platform.

Cons

There was a learning curve and I encountered several bugs that affected task management.
