Ora impressed me with its ease of use. I could start using it immediately without going through tutorials.

Cons

Updates are not as frequent as other platforms and some features are lacking or not as developed as they should be.

“Great for Task Management.

Pros

I am absolutely amazed by Ora! It offers an incredible workspace platform for all my task management needs. The design and interface are fantastic, allowing me to effortlessly organize, track, share files and communicate with colleagues in real time. Navigating the platform is a breeze, making it exceptionally user-friendly. Working in a team has never been more productive. Overall, my experience with Ora has been superb.

Cons

So far, I haven't faced any issues while using it so I have no complaints.

It is incredibly user-friendly and easy to grasp during setup. The software has a clean look and using it every day is fun!

Cons

I rely on it daily to manage my tasks but there were a couple of instances where I couldn't use the software because it wouldn't load or function properly. That was enough for me to start exploring other apps.

I was lucky enough to discover Ora on appsumo for a one time fee. I had been using Trello previously.

I don't have any significant concerns but perhaps the design and view of the project folders could be improved.

“Great project/life management software.

Pros

Ora has most of the features we require and it's easy to start using. It can adapt to our project requirements whether we need a basic kanban view or more complex features like milestones and sprints. I particularly love the "Agenda" feature, which gives me a quick overview of what's next each day.

Cons

It would be fantastic if Ora offered more advanced automation, like a butler style feature. While it does have some automation it's not as good as I prefer.

Ora provides all the essential features for project management and tracking. Both the web version and apps are extremely straightforward to use, ensuring I can always stay connected to our progress and results.

Cons

Honestly, there is nothing bad I can think of. It fulfills all its promises and performs its tasks commendably.

The layout of Ora is fantastic. I can easily move and stack tasks, creating everything in way it is needed.

One aspect I don't like is the inability to set a task due date like "in three days from this milestone"

It took me some time to adapt to using Ora, especially when organizing projects. Occasionally, I encounter difficulties when moving boards and tasks around.

Ora is a beautiful project management tool that is easy to use. It consistently improves year after year.

I experienced a concerning situation with the safety of my data. I had a paid account for 10 users and suddenly 8 of them were removed without any warning or prior notice. Ora proved to be an unreliable platform and their billing system is disorganized. They lack proper communication with users regarding upgrades or the need to back up information before downgrading or deleting users.

The intuitive design of Ora makes it easy and enjoyable to track tasks. It has a fun and visually pleasing interface almost like a gamified experience. It is perfect for small projects, striking the right balance without overwhelming you.

Cons

Certain features are missing which makes it less comprehensive compared to tools like Jira. It becomes less effective when managing large projects with numerous users.

Ora is intuitive and user-friendly. It is not like other project management apps that require a steep learning curve. I followed the app's recommendations and effortlessly set up all my project deliverables and deadlines. I highly recommend Ora to anyone looking for an easy to use project management app, especially for small businesses. Keep up the excellent work, Ora!

Some features are still in Beta but I am confident that Ora's team is actively developing and improving them.

Ora has an aesthetically pleasing interface that remains user friendly. With the introduction of Ora 3, advanced functionalities have been incorporated making it an all in one project management tool. Ora 3 now includes live chat, video calls and voice messaging.

Cons

Occasionally, I encounter issues with loading my files. My files suddenly disappear and I have to refresh the page to view them again.

The software offers more features than I currently need but the unused features seem genuinely beneficial for our future operations.

So far I haven't found any issues. This product is fulfilling all our needs.

We have been using Ora for over a year now and it has helped us achieve our goals and meet deadlines. Ora is user friendly for everyone in our company. Time tracking is one of our favorite features. We used to rely on different software for tracking task time, but now having a timer directly within the cards is awesome.

Cons

One of the few aspects I dislike about Ora is the organization of the Projects tab. It becomes frustrating when I try to remove projects that inexplicably end up in an "Archived" folder. Moving projects between organizations or within the same organization is a difficult process. It would be much more convenient if it could be done simply by dragging and dropping.

“My goto for time tracking!

Pros

I learned about Ora through a lifetime deal on appsumo, and it works perfectly for my requirements. I use it as a time tracking software for hourly jobs. Setting up a template and using it for tracking time on other projects is incredibly easy.

Cons

This may be more of a user error but if I leave it running and forget about it for a long time, I have to go back and adjust the time. Sometimes, modifying the time isn't very intuitive. In some projects the time appears incorrect overall. However when I access the time tracker, it is accurate. It takes them a long time to release updates and implement new features after they've been announced.

“Easy to use Kanban-style project management tool

Pros

I have been using a large, wall-mounted sticky-note Kanban board in my office for years. I love the Kanban concept, and having an electronic, highly customizable version like Ora has been a significant advantage for my team. Instead of exchanging emails or instant messages, we all have access to the boards for our different projects which provides an immediate visual of completed and pending tasks. We can prioritize tasks with color coding, resulting in improved productivity.

Cons

I would love to find a way to integrate it with the SalesFlare workflow but other than that simplicity is key. Ora has taken a simple concept and translated it into a digital format without requiring users to sacrifice an entire weekend to figure it out. There is truly nothing I don't love about Ora.
